1. Recepcja - rzecz niebywała- w hotelu o takich aspiracjach nieczynna o 9.00 rano w dniu wyjazdu - nie było możliwości otrzymania faktury i wymeldowania się
2. Śniadanie - 45 zł - brak kawy z ekspresu (pani powiedziała rozbrajająco że ekspres jeszcze nie włączony), bardzo uboga oferta, o godzinie 8.00 już mocno puste talerze,
3. Bardzo niewygodne łóżko, nocna szafka od strony przeciwnej do dostępu do łóżka, drzwi szafy po otwarciu wchodziły prawie do łóżka
4. bardzo ciasna łazienka mimo wyszukanego designu niewygodna, brak półki na własne kosmetyki pod prysznicem, po otwarciu kabiny zablokowany dostęp do pozostałej części łazienki
5. Maleńka butelka wody mineralnej, tylko zresztą gazowanej
6. Długie poszukiwania gniazdka do włączenia nocnej lampki, okazało się że na podłodze leży sznur od przedłużacza
7. Z recepcją był również problem w dniu przyjazdu, zapowiedzieliśmy przyjazd przed 23.00 i usłyszeliśmy, że prawdopodobnie nikogo już nie będzie i że wysłane zostaną nam esemesem kody do wejścia. A zatem pytam czy to jest obiekt B&B czy hotel kilkugwiazdkowy za który chce uchodzić Stary Browar?

Pros:

Położenie hotelu w centrum. Na dole pizzeria i restauracja. Wielkość pokoju. Bardzo dobre kosmetyki. Wygodne łóżka w sypialni głównej.

Cons:

Brak pracownika recepcji przez całą dobę. Przez to nie mogłam zgłosić usterek w pokoju 209: nie można było zamknąć drzwi do łazienki. Podczas pobytu z nastolatkiem, to trochę kłopotliwe. Niewygodne i powyginane łóżko (dostawka) w drugim pokoju, w którym spał wysoki nastolatek. W przedpokoju urwany wieszak na kurtki, drugi "latający". Trzy osoby w pokoju, a tylko jedna osoba dostała dwa ręczniki.

Cons:

Nieprzyjemna sytuacja przy przyjeździe. Nie było nikogo na recepcji, zadzwoniłam na wskazany numer telefonu - udało się dodzwonić dopiero po długim oczekiwaniu. Zostałam poinformowana, że za kilka minut ktoś podejdzie i otworzy hotel. Po staniu pod drzwiami kolejnych 15 min, wykonałam następny telefon i znów ta sama informacja - za parę minut ktoś będzie. I znów, 15 min czekania i nikogo nie ma. Tym razem telefon wykonała pani z restauracji i dowiedziała się, że "zespół się koleżance samochód" i że będzie za 5 min. Oczywiście, nie była. Całość mojego czekania pod drzwiami hotelu trwała 50 min. Kiedy wreszcie zostałam wpuszczona, nie usłyszałam żadnego wytłumaczenia, nawet zwykłego przepraszam ze strony recepcji.
