Remember to contact the property ahead, use Whats App to get your entry codes. I did not get a reminder and forgot in the busy travel days before but they were amazing once you get by the AI reply on Whats App in my case. Safe secure Parking for 11Euro for 24 hours is a 5-10 min walk, ask them for the location just a block north, but you can get a taxi right out front to and from the parkade if you have heavy bags. Private cars are not allowed that close. I would recommend spending the extra for the nicer rooms as they have a view but the location for all is unbelievable and when staff are there they are in person they are amazing!!! Loved my stay!

Sete Artes is an excellent hotel choice when visiting Santiago. The check-in quick and easy and the staff is very friendly and they’ll give you plenty of good advice about where to go and where to eat in the area.

I loved it, especially the location. But my bed did not have a top sheet. Only a duvet. And it was too hot for a duvet. Everything else was fantastic.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero si estás pocos días son suficientes. La habitación del último piso es tipo abuhardillada y más grande.

Great location right next to the cathedral. Only issue was that the hotel is unmanned and everything is digital (access, room key etc) and instructions were in Spanish. We weren't expecting this after a very tiring long walk from Arzua, but we should have read our emails more carefully before we arrived!

Não recebi antecipadamente os códigos para entrar na acomodação; e, como não há uma recepção, foi difícil falar com a pessoa responsável. Fomos alocados em um quarto no sótão e sem janelas - somente havia duas claraboias e apenas uma delas abria. O teto era rebaixado e isso provocou mal estar, além do banheiro ser apertado e com pouca iluminação e apenas uma prateleira pequena para colocar os artigos de higiene pessoal. A falta de janelas dava uma sensação de enclausuramento. colocaram um novo rolo de papel higiênico no banheiro e nem reabasteceram as cápsulas de café na máquina que fica na entrada.

It is in Old Town and convenient to all the attractions. Taxi stand is also immediately outside of the hotel. Staff was also very accommodating.

Perfect location, waling distance of the most iconic places, and a very nice set up

Hotel is just next to Santiago Cathedral. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff, especially Anxo and Diego, are very responsive and helpful. Thankful managed to book a room in this popular hotel. 🙂
