Excellent apartment in the old city. All needed facilities were available. Our only concern was in being able to respond to the emails that were sent to us. Return address was not recognised

O apartamento estava completo, as instalações em boas condições. Localização muito boa, próximo as principais atrações. A internet na região não é boa. O acesso ao apartamento é por escada. A comunicação com o proprietário foi através e-mails o que dificultou o contato.

Todo muy bien, alojamiento muy comodo, en buen sitio, muy bien renovado etc
Solo no hacia falta un codigo para entrar antes de llegar.

The location was great. They had just switched over to a coded entry system when we arrived. We love not carrying a key or card. We had a fun studio with loft. Noise from street and bar really bad one night. Rest of our stay no problem. Host very helpful.

Electronic check in was horrible, machine did not work properly, required 2 passports, location not well marked.The promised front desk person at 4pm was not there. It took me a 50 minute phone call and waiting for someone to bring a key . Total wait hour and half from when I arrived. The room was acceptable

Die Unterkunft nicht sehr zentral in der Altstadt und nicht weit von der Kathedrale entfernt. schönes Apartment mit Waschtrockner und eigenem Bad. Küche vorhanden. ohne Hilfe hätten wir den Check in allerdings an dem Automaten nicht geschafft. Das Apartment würden wir beim nächsten Camino wieder buchen.

Excelente ubicación , impecable aseo y comodidad. Excelente anfitrión. Queremos regresar.

Súper bien ubicada a unos pasos de la catedral y el personal muy agradable. Los cuartos están bien equipado, lo único que me falto es un poco de luz y que el balcón estuviera más limpio.

Noisy - no sleep until 4.30am. 5 days earlier we had stayed here in an apartment at the back of the property. It was excellent.

This time we had an apartment on the first floor, at the front of the building. It was smaller than the previous one, although no great issue.


What was a massive issue was the total lack of sound proofing. Consequently i couldn't get off to sleep until gone 4am. Not great when you need to be up again at 6am.

I can't held feeling totally ripped off.

Lo limpio que estaba y lo cerca del centro

El apartamento está en una localización espectacular, en el centro histórico. El acceso cómodo. El mobiliario correcto y la limpieza también correcta. La calefacción algo justa para mi gusto.La cama nos pareció demasiado blanda y ruidosa, creo que deberían revisarlo. Para aparcar hay dos parkings que no están lejos y que están pegados:uno caro y otro barato, revisar bien antes de aparcar porque es fácil confundirse ya que parece que solo hay señales para que entres en el caro.

No tiene elevador, y es poca costumbre el checkin virtual

I liked the location but was disappointed they did not have paper towels or basic stuff like salt or washing soap

The location was ideal for visiting the Cathedral and old city. Very quiet, spacious and so happy for the washing machine. The self check-in was somewhat confusing mainly because the room was double booked due to a very strange occurrence. The issue qas handled swiftly.

Great location, near the center of the old town and Cathedral. Simple, but had all the basics (cooking utensils, iron, washing machine and dryer all in one).

Nel centro storico della città, posizione ottima. Appena rinnovata. Arredata con gusto. Aggiungerei una luce più potente in cucina.

The place is excellent with all the complete amenities. In the center of Santiago but very quiet once you get in the apartment. Highly recommended.
