Would return for a quiet weekend, void of major conferences.
Pros:

Location was perfect and the dynamic of hotel was what I expected as a higher end hotel. The lobby was to be expected and the room was quite comfortable.

Cons:

My spouse and I stayed this past weekend, during a European sales conference. Under other circumstances, our experience would have been better, but this sales group were loud and definitely inebriated. The room joint to ours had 2+men who were very loud and impacted our restful sleep. I understand how those sales meetings go, but putting that party on the same floor, or next to, non sales....I wasn't impressed.

Fun hotel for family trip
Pros:

Overall, I would definintely book the same room again at the Duniway.
Pros:

The room worked perfectly for me, and the front desk staff and others I met were generally positive and professional experiences. The location of the Duniway also worked very well for me and I appreciated the layout of the room as I had to spend a few hours working so the large and well thought out desk was one of the better ones I've seen. I stayed on one of the top floors with a view of the city, and appreciated that the desk faced the door and provided some back lighting. The hotel is far enough away from other buildings that I wasn't really worried about people being able to see into the room and so skipped using the blackout curtains, which made the morning sun a lovely experience.

Cons:

The valet service could have been better. I arrived in the evening and the valet service actually spent a few minutes trying to convince me to self park. Additionally, the Duniway uses an app for room service, and it's not a very good one. I was in the middle of trying to order some lite dinner and I must have passed the cut-off time because suddenly the order was no longer able to be processed (hot food). Door Dash was an option, but it would have been nice if the app clearly indicated when the hot dinner service would be closed.

Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised how lovely this hotel is. The staff were so nice. The location to Keller Auditorium was perfect. The room so spacious and spotless clean. We left maid a nice tip.
