people are nice，breakfast good，comfortable bed

not like room on C floor and next to a public toilet, door kept opening and closing all the time at night with very loud noise while I was suffering from jet lag

Pros:

Didn't know what to expect. Hotel located next to a quiet neighborhood. Close to many bus routes. Breakfast was available every morning with hot tea or coffee. Saturday morning the waffle station was not available but they had pancakes as a replacement. Staff was friendly and really enjoyed or stay

You need lots of improvements. Even though this is three star hotel. But still I willing to stay in.

Yes but know body know who is boss or partner. We are in the gasoline business for more than 31 years and also Hotel Business. We have a holiday in at Toronto air Port.

Tiene una buena ubicación con muchas tiendas y restaurantes a su alrededor.

No hacen aseo a la habitación si tu no lo pides lo cual no avisan al momento de ingresar. No hay agua caliente muy seguido y tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fria.
