Delightful staff, very accommodating and large comfortable room. Go to a laundromat though if you have time. Not central
Pros:

It was easy for public transportation, getting to the busses was super fast 5-10 minute walks. But it's really not centrally located itself by any means.
The staff was so friendly especially the women who usually runs the breakfast, I never got her name but she wears a head wrap and she is a delight, we LOVED her.
Waffle batter is AMAZING and the bagels were super yummy.

Cons:

We did find a small bug on one of the towels when brought up to us about six nights into our ten night stay, I called and told them and they said to leave the towels we had outside and they brought us new ones but it just felt a bit gross after that.

The breakfast options were all super yummy but very consistent so they don't change often if you're staying for longer periods of time.

And we stayed in the assisted bathroom one due to myself recovering from a hip surgery, the bathroom is FREEZING, so if you're sensitive to temperature and thinking about that room that's something to note.

Laundry is $5 to wash and $5 to dry so $10 total and all in quarters.

Wonderful, cozy and accommodating
Pros:

I love how easy it is to find, how clean it was, the amenities, the breakfast and how kind the staff are

Cons:

If i wanted to go somewhere that’s right across the road it’s a bit of a walk. That’s all.

Pros:

Didn't know what to expect. Hotel located next to a quiet neighborhood. Close to many bus routes. Breakfast was available every morning with hot tea or coffee. Saturday morning the waffle station was not available but they had pancakes as a replacement. Staff was friendly and really enjoyed or stay

You need lots of improvements. Even though this is three star hotel. But still I willing to stay in.
Pros:

Yes but know body know who is boss or partner. We are in the gasoline business for more than 31 years and also Hotel Business. We have a holiday in at Toronto air Port.
