Pros:

I made a reservation and they called me to cancel it out of the blue, with no formality. They didn't care that I wouldn't have a hotel. They called me at the last minute to tell me there were no rooms available. Even though the reservation was made, it was completely informal

The assigned room had inhabitable conditions to rest with my family. My daughter had an episode of asthma because of a very strong mold odor.The walls of the building were black because of mold. The building was solitary.When I went to leave the room key the security man Robinson told me that I could leave the keys and gave me a list of hotels near because of the situation,he knew about that building. He told me the receptionist told him that the building had a huge problem. I solicited a total refund, because i left the key card and left the same day, but the receptionist told me that i had to send an email to the manager. i hope someone answers soon and the total refund.

Very noisy ac unit - loud and rattley. Horrible bed, dismal room, cracked floor tile, grungy grout in bathroom. Worn out 10 years ago.
