Closer to a 3 star hotel
Pros:

Okay hotel but the rooms need renovation and update. The bathrooms are very dirty and a lot of rust stains in Junior Suite. The lights around bed headboard are a nice touch. The breakfast had a nice variety. Wifi worked well. The water fountain out front wasn't working.

Bad check-in experience with very small room
Pros:

When I wanted to check-in, the receptionist did find my booking in his system and I had to wait about an hour to have a room. The provided room was very small with tiny bathroom. That is opposite to what mention in the app during reservation for the room to have 369 Sq feet. Overall experience is not good.

Very bad service. Nothing compared with my stays the last few years. Completely left un attended, bad service and amenities.
Rooms seem clean but no drinking water provided, no coffee at breakfast and many more essential not available.

A very good experience
Pros:

I got a king bed suite , as this my first time in el khubar i found this hotel very special through its magnificent location and room service even its restaurant , I'm easily can reach any mall or nearby outings within a minutes.
Plus i would to thank Mr.Delowar from the hotel's staff which was a great help for me that made my accommodation an ease one. I faced an issue in my room at midnight and his fast response to solve the issue was just wonderful.
I would recommend this hotel and this staff for business guys like me.

Really good hotel with an excellent location.
Pros:

Within walking distance from Rashid mall. The hotel itself has a cafe/restaurant. the rooms are clean and modern. Has a pool as well. The service was excellent as I was given a late checkout till 4PM.

Good value for money
Pros:

Professional and friendly stuff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Nice restaurant and buffet breakfast. The lobby is very cosy and attractive. I didn't like the bathroom because it was very small. The fitness center was also not good. It has just 3 treadmills and 1 cross trainer. I didn't try the sauna, the small pool, and the jacuzzi, but they didn't look appealing to me.

Hotel is located in a quiet part of the city. Parking is on the streets around the hotel. Rooms are clean, furnished as in 3star hotel. Similar is also the quality of a breakfast.
Summary: Good for one overnight stay with low budget. Not true romantic, not really dissapointing.
