The room was okay but the place is the main road with no parking , The staff Dennis and Yul were friendly and they were helpful during my stay . Rooms are clean

Overall, a great choice. Convenient location, good food nearby, and definitely worth staying at.
Pros:

The location is really convenient—it's close to both the MRT station and the airport. There's also a halal food stall right next to the hotel. I highly recommend their Nasi Goreng Kampung; it's absolutely delicious!

Cons:

The room is a bit small, but other than that, it's definitely worth it.

The Staff are awesome especially reception Ms Yul very hospitality and Mr Johann room service so diligently in his work, good job will come back 5☆ rating

Pros:

Not a lot.

Cons:

The rooms and property smelt like smoke, one the rooms was not clean, the line was very poor quality. In one room the shower did not work and there was mould on the ceiling. Here was also cigarette butts in the shower. Which shows it had not been cleaned.

Good enough for one night.
Pros:

Staff is great, got the early check in which was more than welcome after a long trip from Europe.

Cons:

Rooms are small, the bed quite uncomfortable, no breakfast options (this hotel does not have a restaurant). Is ok to consider it for a one night stopover in Singapore as is close to the airport, but I will not chose this location for longer stays.

Pros:

This is our go-to Changi Airport Hotel. 3 times now and we'll be back. Very convenient, 24hr reception. Cheap taxi s$25. or even cheaper: about 4 stops on the SMRT. Couple of cafe restaurants close by. If you have one of those terrible 20hr or less stopovers where you don't have time for anything but sleep! This is the place!

Pros:

Not too far from the airport. Located near loads of eateries. Helpful staff. Good air conditioning.

Cons:

The bed was very hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. Hotel feels old and there was a weird smell in the hallway. Room could have been cleaner. Expensive for what you get. It's manageable for a night before your next flight but if you want comfort, book somewhere else.
