Hotel staff were excellent
Pros:

Had translator on telephone so was able to communicate well !!! Hard to know what ou were eating but picture menus helped !!!

Pros:

Was apprehensive as this was my first online booking. Was overjoyed when we arrived at the hotel. Echarm was everything that the photos showed . The staff was super helpful and really accomadated our every needs. We extended our stay as we had a few extra days on hand. Thanks to the management and staff for making our trip to Zhengzhou China a memorable one
