Pros:

Staff are very helpful and ready to serve the customers always.

Cons:

Room space is too small and charge for this room 8k+ is too high. We can't even stand in the room distance between tv wall and bed is just in inches. As we attended a fair, our main purpose is fulfiled by stayed in small cabin with high price. Don't book this hotel just by seeing the images.

great hotel!
Pros:

the place is convenient as it's got 7/11 just outside, the reception guy RAYMOND was very helpful with the emergency booking that I made at 12 midnight, i was able to relocate my kids from the terror of the previous accomodation we came from.

Cons:

the buffet for breakfast, the guy greeting customers cant really speak english and he gave us the look that as if we cant afford the food served in there so we just left.

GOOD hotel and staff except resturant.
Pros:

Choose Delex room for more space.
Very clean hotel.
5 star to all hotel staff, Ground floor, reception & House keeping
Airport, disney and Cable car is closer.

If u r night shopper than this hotel is not for u as it is very far from Nathan road and in industrial area.

Worst experience is only with Resturant.
Don't book hotel with breakfast.
The manager is not welcoming and food in resturant is not good.

Free shuttle bus, super friendly polite staff that were helpful. Clean, comfortable and good value for money. Great location too, near the train stations that were accessible to main tourist areas.

Very lovely staff and hotel
Pros:

Amazing experience lovely staff. Very nice hotel and the area is also very nice. Bus stop is close by so easy to travel around the city as well. The rooms are also decent and clean. Wilson and josh (2 executives of Silka) were especially helpful.
