Beautiful garden. Great swimmingpool. Room was clean and big. Bathroom clean and big. Staf very friendly. They want to help whereever they can.

The first impression of the hotel was very good, but it was going down the longer we stayed. The hotel picks guests from the bus stations and delivers them there. The process of check in is quick. The hotel prepares the offer of local tours for its guests but the same tours can be purchased significantly cheaper from local agencies 15 minutes walk away (in town). [The difference in case of a full day private game drive was 60$.] The hotel does not provide room cleaning unless you ask for it, even if the key is left at the reception. The greenery is very well maintained, the pool is attractive, but the service at the pool is practically non-existent and the pool bar was just a place full of empty bottles. Breakfast service was very slow and the choice was not too attractive. But the place is acceptable.
Although the information on payment by credit cards indicates Visa and MasterCard the hotel accepts Visa only. And not all reception staff can manage to operate the card terminal.
