Pros:

住宿地點離上野站非常近，不論走天橋或是從中央口出來很快就到了，附近也有711等便利商店，機能良好，房間雖然不大，但是有附浴缸就加分許多，24吋行李箱在門口前的空間可以完全打開。重點是有附免費早餐，用餐空間雖然不大，但是食物選擇算多，有日式早餐如白飯味噌湯玉子燒等等，也有西式早餐麵包沙拉等多種選擇，讓旅客可以開心享用早餐之後再退房。

Cons:

飯店的設計中間有天井，四周也有開窗，不是完全密閉空間，雖然就消防設計上比較安全，不過下雪或下雨的話會飄進來，造成地板濕滑，也會比較冷，剛好這是入住最邊間，下雪飄進來，房門前面濕濕一片。
