Pros:

お風呂の排水が悪かったので、フロントで指摘したら、すぐに対応して身に来て、部屋の交換をしてくれた。
ただ、その部屋も排水が悪かった。連泊だったので報告すると、出かけている間に改善してくれたのは良かった。

很好，只是房間小
Pros:

1. 每天早餐會有一些不同的菜色，對我們住了4天來說很不錯。
2. 下午到晚上的時段，大廳有自助的飲料和咖啡可以喝。
3. 地點很好，距離地鐵跟京城上野站都很近。
4. 服務人員很親切。

Cons:

房間很小，雖然在預定的時候就知道了，但還是覺得很小。
