Would stay again.
Pros:

Good location. Away from the noise of ameyoko but an easy three minute walk. Not far from Keisei station so easy from Narita. Good breakfast. Great coffee. Salt bread was excellent toasted. You can get a different pillow! The first night was a thin pillow but I was tired so I didn’t say anything. The second night I asked for and received a different better thicker pillow and slept even better. All the staff members were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The hot things that you would expect to be hot like scrambled eggs were cold. I think they were prepared well but set out too early and were left uncovered.

Petit-déjeuner très succinct. Pain pâteux laissant de la farine sur la langue. Plats japonais sans goût.
On nous pressait de manger vite. A l'affût de nous desservir si on s'éloignait de notre table.

駅が近く観光地へのアクセスもいい。周囲に居酒屋が多いのでちょっと出て楽しんで戻ってくることもできる。
朝食もおいしかったです。

Cons:

ドリンクサービスが1階にしかなく、エレベーターの仕様上部屋まで持って行きにくい。
