Pros:

For this price one of the best hotels for short stay. Easy to find, small but clean room with kettle. Breakfast was without any choice, some cheese, vegetables and an egg, some bread and simit, small jam, but it was enough for feel good in the morning ) Good staff, thanks for help

You get what you pay for
Pros:

About 5-7 minutes far from the tram station. The lobby is welcoming

Cons:

The staff was nice but they didn‘t speak english except for one guy. The location is good but in a loud area. There were constructions going on and you could hear everything also with closed windows. Breakfast was only salt based and they served cold eggs for our entire stay. If you are 2 travelers i recommed to upgrade to a triple room for more comfort. Last year we had room A1 which was a really good room.

1-The room is too small to be called a triple room.
2-We were given salad and bread for breakfast
