Wonderful experience. Staff were so polite!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room and ambience was wonderful with hints of living in true Japanese style with tatami mats and a wonderful cedar wood bathtub that smelled like you were in a spa! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Ryokan kahvaltısından çok memnun kaldık.
Olduğu bölge çok sakin ve sessizdi aynı zamanda yürüyüş yapmak çok keyifliydi. Akşamları kısa bir yürüyüş ile canlı mekanların olduğu bölgelere varabildik. Çok temiz ve konforluydu. Özellikle akşamları sıcak banyo çok iyi geldi.

Perfekte Basis für Kyoto
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, Parkplatz, Restaurants und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gleich Nebenan gibt es eine sehr gute Kraft-Bier Bar. Die Fenster können geöffnet werden und auch die Hygiene Artikel sind in großer Zahl vorhanden.
Besonders hervorzuheben möchte ich die Kommunikation vorab. Alle Fragen wurden prompt beantwortet und auch ein Restaurant wurde vom Personal reserviert, perfekt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Jederzeit wieder.

Wonderful small hotel in quiet neighborhood.
Pros:

This was a lovely small hotel experience. The neighborhood was quiet, but had easy access to amenities and transportation. We walked to many sites from the hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful.

Cons:

There is no lobby or other common space for sitting.

Pros:

Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Room was traditionally setup and nicely sized. We stayed 2 nights and will book again when returning to Kyoto. Bike hire 2 min walk on the same street made our adventures around Kyoto that much more enjoyable.

The hotel experience was excellent. The location was great, close to two train stations and a bus stop, making it easy to get around the city.

The room was large and spacious, and the bathroom was well maintained, including creams and body care products. The shower and toilet were in separate areas, which made getting ready in the morning much more convenient.

The staff were kind and thoughtful, providing umbrellas at the entrance on rainy days for guests to use and return. They also efficiently handled our luggage shipment, which helped us save valuable time on our way to our next destination.

Highly recommended — we truly enjoyed our stay.
