Cazarea și centrul spa
Sistemul de masă cu demipensiune. Mâncarea de la masa de seara nu era calda tot timpul și de multe ori se termina un fel de mâncare, iar pana se completa se aștepta foarte mult sau mâncat ce rămânea.
Peisajul magnific
Camera, mobilier invechit, micul dejun si cină nu foarte variata
Liniște, curățenie, mâncare bună și diversificată , condițiile de la spate excelente, piscina interioara cu apă călduță, dar nu în cele din urmă personalul de la serviciile de kineto foarte buni.

Este al 4-lea an cand revin la acest hotel si nu am nimic de reprosat in afara de atitudinea complet nepotrivita a unei doamne de la receptie care a considerat ca este normal sa se rasteasca si sa spuna ca ‘voi sunteti in vacanta dar eu abia m-am trezit’ , in conditiile in care nu a fost jignita,luata peste picior sau ceva nepotrivit. Restul personalului a fost exceptional,ca de obicei.

Este un hotel.la care venim de ani de zile pentru relaxare și atmosfera.
Se impun investitii atât în camera cât și la piscina.

The location is great, the sauna and pool is great, although a bit crowded, room size is also good, the view to the mountains is absolutely amazing, breakfast is good enough. I would say the hotel is great but a bit overprised, like most hotels in the area. But I think I was expecting more from it. Staff was nice and probably we would return here if the price will be improved a bit.
Deserts could be improved, whatever i tried from desert table was just awful, even croisants tasted like old bread, everything else at breakfast and dinner was ok,
Our towels were not changed during our stay of 3 days, although it was supposed to be a daily thing. The live music during dinner is probably something that everyone else likes, but I would say it is too loud.
