Bello ma migliorabile
Pros:

L'hotel era molto bello, ben curato e molto pulito. La piscina era collocata all'esterno molto ampia con varie sdraio e ombrelloni ben tenuti.
La camera era molto pulita e ben organizzata, con materiali di pregio.

Purtroppo finiscono qui i pregi di questa struttura che ha un grande potenziale.

Cons:

Lo staff è il vero problema della struttura, si salvano le cleaner e la receptionist molto gentile, non posso dire lo stesso per lo staff di sala e bar... purtroppo poco professionali e con una voglia di vivere pari a 0...

La colazione era accettabile ma non da 4 stelle...

Ottima piscina ma alcune cose da migliorare.
Pros:

La piscina è molto grande, molto pulita e ha una parte con acqua bassa dedicata ai bambini. Bello tutto il giardino attorno con numerose sdraio e ombrelloni nuovi.
La posizione è molto comoda, a 10 minuti di auto dal centro di Pozzallo.
La pulizia è ottima.

I rumori.
Nella zona piscina il personale della manutenzione utilizza attrezzi rumorosi: taglia il prato con il decespugliatore a scoppio, che oltre ad essere molto rumoroso solleva polvere e detriti che possono anche far male, e utilizza un soffiatore per foglie a scoppio. Tra l’altro queste attività venivano eseguite ad orari non consoni: le abbiamo riscontrate il pomeriggio alle 17:00, per un’ora circa, e la mattina alle 09:30, in pieno orario di colazione, che viene effettuata a bordo piscina.
Nella camera era presente un rumore persistente proveniente dall’esterno, molto fastidioso, probabilmente causato dall’impianto di condizionamento, anche se spegnendolo nella nostra camera non cambiava nulla.

I letti sarebbero da sostituire perché hanno le molle consumate.
Nella camera era presente la cucina, ma purtroppo non era dotata di stoviglie e inoltre il rubinetto del lavandino non era fissato.
Il prato andrebbe disinfestato perché pieno di mosche.
Abbiamo pagato un toast, una lattina e una porzione di tiramisù 30 euro.

A relaxing and enjoyable stay, with a beautiful pool, comfortable rooms and helpful management.
Pros:

The lovely, spacious pool was the highlight of our stay and made the hotel a very relaxing place to spend the day. Our room was comfortable and cleaned daily, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we also enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

We were initially disappointed to discover that, on the Santa Maria feast, all the sunbeds had been reserved for outside guests, but none for residents. Had we known in advance of booking this hotel, we would have gone elsewhere. However, once we raised the matter with management, they resolved it for us, which we appreciated. The internet connection could have been better, and providing pool towels in the room and covering more of the breakfast food (due to the flies) would make the stay even more comfortable. Otherwise, this was a pleasant stay & one we intend to repeat in the future.

Pros:

Bellissimo hotel con servizi inclusi come piscina con possibilità di corsi acqua gym per adulti e insegnanti di nuoto per bambini. Colazione continentale strepitosa con prodotti locali, idem pranzo e cena. Le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite, staff gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Essendo la nostra camera al piano terra c’erano giornalmente delle formiche in bagno, ma non è da imputare alla mancanza di pulizia della stanza, quando si ha del verde attorno può capitare
