The spa lady is nice. The airport transfers are easy to arrange and the hotel is responsive on booking.com. The restaurant is also nice and affordable.
We had to switch rooms because the aircon was so old and didn’t work. The new room had an ant infestation, it was so gross. I even found them on the bed. The reception staff are also unhelpful and failed to book me a taxi to my next hotel. The rooms are also so small for the price and the location isn’t great. I advise avoiding this hotel if you can.

Было ощущение, что номер дали не соответствующий категории. Очень маленький. Старый. Окно грязное, очень маленькое, боковое на мечеть. Отель находится рядом с мечетью. Кто любит поспать в тишине, не получится.
Номер совсем не соответствует фото на сайте.
Все баночки (контейнеры) для шампуня, жидкого мыла в душе были пустыми. Уборка номера на 3.

It’s been several times that I have stayed at Unima Grand, and it never disappoints. The location is absolutely perfect — especially for a short one-night stay — as it’s very close to Velana International Airport, making arrivals and departures smooth and stress-free.
The staff are always welcoming, helpful, and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay every time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and great service in Malé.
