La douche, le petit déjeuner, l'accueil

Cons:

Insonorisation très moyen, 2 lits simple au lieu d'un lit double, le parking n'est pas sur place c'est un terrain vague fermé a 10 min a pieds non sécurisé

Hôtel très agréable et bien équipé
Pros:

Le personnel très aimable et serviable, chambre très agréable, spacieuse et suffisamment équipée, literie très confortable. Le rooftoop avec une très belle piscine, une belle vue et beaucoup de transats. Le bar sur le toit également top. Un hôtel qui vaut bien 4 étoiles !!

La chambre très petite pour 3.
L'alese sur le matelas qui fait du bruit toute la nuit.

Pros:

Overall the hotel is great, good location, and parking. Breakfast and dinner buffets are good. It was a little cool so we did not use the rooftop pool and have in the past, great views.

Cons:

There were several groups staying at the hotel, I believe they were sports teams. They were rather loud when returning to the hotel late at night. shouting in the hall and slamming doors.

Séjour agréable et confortable au Mercé
Pros:

C’est la 2e fois que nous venons mais là hors saison. C’était aussi bien que la 1ere fois

Cons:

Peut être la fin du dîner à 21h, mais j’imagine que c’est normal pour la saison

Il personale all'accoglienza è veramente super
Pros:

Posizione, terrazza, accoglienza.

Cons:

Cambierei materassi e cuscini, li abbiamo trovati vecchi deformi e gialli.
Aggiungerei un dislivello nella doccia nuova, perché quando fai la doccia l acqua entra nel bagno e si allaga.
Ai pasti, aggiungerei l acqua compresa nel prezzo, è stato veramente brutto doverla pagare a parte, comprendiamo le bibite ed il vino ma l acqua che è un bene necessario e primario andrebbe garantita.

enojado por la publicacion y en especial por el parking mentiroso y la maquina de cafe una sola

el desayuno muy completo, pero solo una maquina de cafe funcionando para mas de 100 personas, lo que habia mas de 10 personas con un promedio de dos a tres tazas de cafe cada uno, mas o menos media hora parado para poder tomar un cafe, cena no tuve y habitacion como saque la mas completa cumplia bien

el hotel publica parking gratis en booking, a mi llegada le consulto por el parking y me dicen esta a 10 minutos de aqui, me parecio una cargada, o mejor una estafa, como que el parking del hotel esta a 10 minutos, y me dice sino puede por 6 euros aparcar a la vuelta, cosa que realice, pero luego me entero que el dia finalizaba a las 20 hs y debia pagar una nueva estadia de otros 6 euros, a lo que gaste 12 euros de parking con un hotel que decia tener parking gratis, me queje varias veces con la recepcionista de la manana y luego con la de la tarde, hasta que una supervisora se hizo cargo y me dijo que enbendia mi reclamo que lo iban a solucionar y se ofrecio a reintegrarme los 12 euros cosa que se hizo efectivo a mi retirada, eso si, las caras de despedida no fueron de las mas alegres, a pesar de esto quiero fecliitar a las trabajadoras del bufet Marina y Delia, unas dulces y excelentes trabjadoras

El personal fue maravilloso

Cons:

Si tenias frio la calefaccion de la habitación no era caliente solo era aire y ya estabamos en la 305. La luz del balcon no se podia apagar se quedaba toda la noche encendida y si querias ir a fumar por la noche te veia todo el mundo. La mampara de la ducha esta mal colocada y se salia toda el agua y la toalla de los pies quedaba empapada teniamos que pedir otra o poner la nuestra grande. La tele no tenia para poner el netflix
