Nous avons passé un très bon séjour
Pros:

La chambre est petite mais très bien avec un petit balcon, la salle de bain assez spacieuse.
Les buffets du matin et du soir étaient très bien, il y en a pour tous les goûts et un nouveau buffet chaque soir.
La piscine est très bien ainsi que le bar et ses petites animations.

Cons:

Pas de possibilité d'avoir une carafe d'eau nous étions obligés d'acheter une bouteille d'eau chaque soir.
La piscine était très sympa, dommage que personne vienne de temps en temps voir si tout ce passe bien, car certaines personnes venaient avec leurs grosses bouées de plage et du coup il n'y avait pas de place pour ceux qui voulait se rafraîchir.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der Koch Carlos sehr sympathisch. Oben die Bartheke sehr gut.

Das Zimmer zu klein sowie die Ausstattung ist sehr alt.

Cons:

Les équipements tel que fer à repasser sont à prendre en surplus (mal expliqué sur le site car on comprend que c’est compris dans la chambre)

Pros:

The pool area was the better aspect of the hotel.

Cons:

Two hours into our stay we returned to the hotel and our door was slightly open and therefore someone had entered the room. We had pulled the curtains together for privacy, these had been pulled back.
I do not mind staff needing to go into the room, but found it odd as we had literally just arrived.

I spoke to a member of staff about it and was met with a rude response. We had money and passports there.
I emailed the manager as I was not happy that the room had been left unlocked and open and the way I was spoken to by a member of staff. I then got a rude email from him saying I could not stop staff going in our room I only wanted to report my concern of the door being left open.

We asked to move rooms and pay the extra as I wanted a room that locked automatically when the door was pulled to. We packed up our belongings after being told yes in the morning. When we went to reception in the morning, we were then told this was not possible.

Room was not the best, not very clean, holes in the towels and stains.
I was relieved to leave.

Pros:

Parking gratuit mais il se situe à 500m de l'hôtel.
La plage la plus proche se trouve à 900m.
Petite ville calme avec un centre ville animé le soir (aires de jeux, concert, restaurants...).
Buffet varié mais trop gras et peu de goût.
Petit déjeuner répétitifs.
Personnel présent mais discret

Cons:

Personnel du restaurant trop occupé à préparer les tables, débarrasser (parfois, avant qu'on ai fini), travaille bruyamment (heureusement que la vaisselle est solide)
La chambre est petite.
Les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain (douche).
Pas une seule patère pour accrocher ses affaires, zéro rangement. Une seule tablette étroite pour poser ses affaires de toilette.
La salle d'eau mériterait un rafraîchissement. Les joints sont noircis. Il y a des trous mal rebouchés et l'installation est vieillotte.
Linge de toilette et tapis de douche usés, élimés. Il serait temps de les changer.
Beaucoup d'incivilité. Des jeunes qui hurlent dans les couloirs tard dans la nuit. Les enfants qui courent et parlent fort.
Touristes allemands et anglais.
Les chambres sont mal insonorisées.
Les photos sont jolies, la réalité est moins classe.
