Posto tranquillo ma comodissimo per il centro, colazione super, personale gentilissimo
Pros:

Hotel molto tranquillo, posizione ottima per girare il centro a piedi, colazione super. Il parcheggio interno è un vero plus! Il fatto che ci sia il ristorante interno senza necessità di prenotazione, ci ha salvato la serata, visto che la bambina era stanca. Il personale sia dell’hotel che del ristorante è stato gentilissimo

Prachtige locatie, super personeel, monumentale pand wel veel aandachtspunten.
Pros:

Fantastisch personeel. Hele mooie en goede locatie: een minuut of 3 lopen van het centrum. Je bent zo op de Piazzale Arnaldo waar je veel barretjes en restaurants hebt. Brescia is een prachtige stad. Het hotel heeft allure, een schitterende tuin, groot eigen gratis parkeerplaats, ontbijt is goed. Het hotel staat ook bekend als mooie vergader locatie, met meerdere vergaderzalen in het groot prachtig paleis. Heeft dus veel potentie.

Cons:

De kamer. Ik wist niet dat wij zo'enorme low budget kamer hadden geboekt. Het was bloedheet in de hele kleine kamer en het was niet mogelijk om de verwarming lager te zetten. Wij hebben met open ramen geslapen. Dus hoorden wij steeds de luidruchtige geluiden van mensen die laat terug kwamen (met de ramen dicht hadden wij het niet gehoord, maar het was echt te heet, zeker boven de 25 graden). De kamer was klein en met achterstallig onderhoud. Geen gordijnen maar wel houten externe luiken. De luiken gingen niet dicht, gelukkig iemand van het personeel, met gevaar voor eigen leven (raam is vrij laag en als je uit hangt kan je zo naar beneden vallen) , is het hem gelukt om de oude stijve luiken toch te sluiten zodat wij in het donker konden slapen. Wel met de ramen open vanwege de hitte. Kozijnen vallen uit elkaar, moeten dringend gerestaureerd worden. Muren heel dun. S'nachts lag ik wakker van het gesnurk van de buren (idee: als er verder de kamers op de gang niet bezet zijn en je hebt er maar 2 bezet, zet de gasten niet naast elkaar maar met minstens 1 lege kamer tussen). De kamer was zo slecht dat het mij verbaasde dat zo'n prachtige locatie zulke slecht onderhouden kleine kamertjes uberhaupt wilt aanbieden. Verder, viel mij op dat men nog ver is van het gedachte van energie besparing. Het hele hotel, inclusief prachtige monumentale trap met plafonds van misschien wel 13 meter, was echt heel heet verwarmd de hele dag door ook was het buiten 19 graden, binnen was het zeker boven de 20 in alle ruimtes. Maar vooral in de kamer was het bloed en bloed heet. Overdag overal lichten aan. Ik zie een besparking. Nogmaals: hulde aan het personeel. Maar het management verdiet geen voldoende, in mijn ogen. Daarom vind ik dat er geen goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding was.

Pros:

We were a group of over 70 guests, and the hotel was fantastic. The team went above and beyond to accommodate our early check in and arrange an early breakfast for everyone, which made a huge difference to our stay.

The location is absolutely perfect as well.
