Die Lage ist sehr gut, auch daß ein Parkplatz im Innenbereich zu Verfügung steht. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Frühstücken im Park, bei dem Vogelgezwitscher, wohltuend. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.

Das, was Booking.com auf seiner Seite zeigt und wir bekommen haben, hat bei weitem nichts mit einander zu tun. Die Herren an der Rezeption, waren so reserviert, daß man das Gefühl bekam, als Gast gerade zu stören. Lächeln - Fehlanzeige, Ansprache - Schön das sie da sind, oder ähnliches, Fehlanzeige.
Nach der Schlüsselübergabe, drehte man sich um und kein - einen schönen Aufenthalt, oder so. Der Beginn war so etwas von ernüchternd, dies wurde beim Eintritt ins Zimmer noch getoppt. Jedes Krankenhauszimmer ist freundlicher gestaltet. Vielleicht war es ja eine ehemalige „Priesterzelle“. Fenster Einfachverglasung, Hellhörig sowohl von außen, als auch innen. Das Waschbecken so tief, daß sich Menschen mit Wirbelsäulen-Beschwerden vor der Nutzung Gedanken machen sollten. Aber, alles sehr sauber. Als wir am Abend aus dem Ort kamen und wir im Park, noch ein Glas Wein und Wasser trinken wollten, wurde uns erklärt, dass dies nicht möglich sei. Auch der Hinweis, das wir Hotelgäste sind, half nicht. Man konzentrierte sich auf eine, anscheinend geschlossene Gesellschaft. Bei dem Versuch an der Rezeption etwas zu bewegen, wurde mir mitgeteilt, daß der Herr kein Englisch spricht und sonst auch niemand da ist -Perfetto
Festzuhalten ist aber auch, daß man die tollen Räumlichkeiten, die man bei Booking.com sieht, sehr wohl vorfindet.

Notre chambre avait une fenêtre qui donnait sur un mur à 30 cm (voir photo). C'est inadmissible pour un hotel de cette catégorie.
Pas une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre alors que nous étions en période de canicule. Pas de café ni de thé dans la chambre.
Mobilier vétuste et sinistre.
Le petit déjeuner était quelconque. Plus de choix à 8h15.

Ein wunderbarer Platz in eine wunderschönen Stadt!! Könnte nicht besser sein!

Wunderbares Ambiente!!! Ein beeindruckendes kirchliches Gebäude, äußerst großzügige, stilvolle und komfortable Zimmer, sehr schöner Innenhof mit Garten, wo man auch frühstücken kann, insgesamt ein ganz besonders schöner Platz!! Sehr reiche Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, beste Qualität, nettes Personal.

Tolles Haus mit feinem Ambiente und sehr freundlichem Personal!
