Lovely hotel, the staff were so kind and the rooms were amazing. Definitely worth staying here to explore Macau. The old town is in walking distance using the new tunnel as is the port.

Struttura bellissima con ogni comfort e cura verso il cliente in ogni dettaglio dell'esperienza. Camera molto spaziosa, ricca di ogni amenities con bella vista sul mare. Stupenda piscina esterna per rilassarsi e personale molto cordiale. Ottima colazione con cucina prevalentemente orientale, ma anche europea.
Buona posizione dell'hotel per chi arriva in bus da Hong Kong.
Il ristorante dell'hotel (Terra Mar) ci ha lasciato profondamente delusi. Compare dovunque scritto che l'orario di apertura è fino alle 23.00. Ci siamo recati intorno alle 21.20 e la cameriera all'ingresso ci ha accolto dicendo di poter scegliere tra le opzioni proposte dal ristorante. Dopo 5 minuti ritorna verso il nostro tavolo scusandosi e dicendo che è possibile solamente ordinare la pizza perché la cucina del ristorante sta chiudendo (erano le 21.30). Ordiniamo pizza e dolce. Ci viene servita la pizza e 5 minuti dopo il dolce, con la conseguenza che essendo il dolce anche composto da gelato si è sciolto totalmente prima che riuscissimo a mangiarlo. Pochi minuti dopo, intorno alle 21.40, proprio mentre mangiavamo la pizza arriva una cameriera chiedendo se potessimo saldare la cena. Trovo il comportamento non adeguato mentre si sta cenando. Altri clienti sono arrivati intorno alle 22.30 per chiedere dei cocktail al bar ma è stato detto loro che il barman non era più in sevizio, nonostante l'orario di chiusura fosse le 23.00. Basterebbe informare il cliente che il ristorante chiude prima dell'orario indicato e avremmo optato per un'altra scelta per la cena.

I love everything about this hotel. Location is close to Macau Ferry terminal. Our room is big with a very beautiful view of the China sea, very tidy, smells good, it has some good restaurants. The buffet breakfasts were very good with various kinds of dishes. I love it!
