Luxe feeling, value for money, convenient for short stays
Pros:

Easy location to get to via taxi from the Zhuhai crossing from China
Lovely interiors, the deluxe room with a sitting room felt very luxurious. Great large luxe bathroom and deep bath.
Nice spread at breakfast, excellent if you love Cantonese style food. We had dinner at the hotel one evening, cocktails were delicious and pasta was comforting
Staff were kind and energetic
We had a short stay so the location close to the HZMB, ferry terminal, and Zhuhai train station was super convenient. Additionally, the major casinos provide free shuttle busses to the outer ferry terminal, which is a 5min walk to the hotel. Great for sightseeing in that area of Macau.

L'hotel è davvero molto bello, con camere ampie, ben attrezzate e curate nei dettagli. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e professionale in ogni momento, in particolare alla reception, che ha mostrato grande disponibilità. La posizione è un po' lontana dal centro, ma risulta molto comoda se si arriva in traghetto, poiché si trova molto vicino alla stazione dei traghetti provenienti da Hong Kong.

Cons:

Purtroppo, tutte le camere che ci hanno mostrato (ne abbiamo visitate cinque in totale) avevano odore di sigaretta. Nonostante il personale abbia cercato di offrirci alternative, il problema era presente in tutte. L'odore era persistente e difficile da ignorare, e alla fine abbiamo dovuto restare nella stanza con minore presenza di fumo, anche se comunque risultava sgradevole. È un aspetto che dovrebbe essere controllato con maggiore rigore, poiché ha influito in modo significativo sull'esperienza.

Pros:

מלון ענק ומפואר. חדרים מעולים, מרווחים ונוחים. שרות מצוין של הצוות. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד. מרחק 5 דקות הליכה מהנמל החיצוני של מקאו, משם יש מעבורות כל חצי שעה להונג קונג וליעדים אחרים ויש משם גם את כל השאטלים של בתי המלון בחינם לאזור קוטאי ולאזורים אחרים בעיר.

Cons:

המלון ממוקם על מזח הדייגים אבל האמת שהמקום היה די נטוש כשביקרתי שם. המלון אמנם מפואר אבל רואים בחלק מהדברים את הגיל שלו.

Cons:

ドアマンがいない(いなくてもいいけど)レセプションで小銭へ両替できなかった(このクラスなら出来るとありがたい)

Pros:

O hotel é incrível. O quarto grande, banheiro grande, com tudo. Cana super confortável e uma vista da varanda linda. Limpo, café da manhã perfeito, funcionários super amáveis.

Very clean and well appointed hotel
Pros:

I chose the location as it was an easy walk from the Macau Outer Ferry Terminal. The interior of the communal areas was consistently clean and well presented. My room was large, the bed incredibly comfy, and the claw footed bath was huge with a powerful tap that filled it quickly. What isn't really shown on Booking is the gym, which was really well stocked with weights and cardio machines and was impeccably clean.

Cons:

The shower water pressure was far weaker than the bath and the maximum temperature could have been a couple of degrees higher, but very minor.
