Great.
Pros:

For the price, this was great. Serves a good number of well to do locals from Phnom Penn. Clean and service was excellent. Just next door to one of the coolest bars in Kampot... good for families and couples.

Infested with cockroaches!!!
Pros:

I have been coming to Kampot for 16 years.....and this is the worst hotel experience I have had. The room was filthy, and infested with cockroaches....and the internet horrible. The staff was rude and abusive to towards my Khmer wife. To top it off....they padded our restaurant bill and put false charges on my credit card. Stay away!
