Pros:

Завтрак

Cons:

Номер не подготовили для проживания 4 человек, кроватей не было достаточно, полотенец не было на всех, а с каждым днем их оставляли всё меньше и меньше. В номере грязно, пол не убирают. Слив в душе очень шумит после выключения воды.

Расположение, в принципе гостиница нормальная, понравилось что есть бесконтактная оплата, завтрак хороший и разнообразный.

Cons:

Нет рабочего стола в номере. Поэтому в командировке не совсем удобно.

Комфортный отель с прекрасным рестораном
Pros:

Прекрасный отель с прекрасным персоналом и обслуживанием. Номера комфортные и чистые, удобные кровати. Чуткий персонал, помогли со всеми просьбами, ответили на вопросы. Не первый раз в этом отеле и дальше продолжу его выбирать.

Понравился отель очень. Небольшой но уютный, чистый, сервис на высоте.
За свою стоимость отличный вариант. Завтраки хорошие, голодными не останетесь, всё свежее.
Убирают номера ежедневно, полотенца белоснежные.

Wärmste Empfehlung! Sehr gute Unterkunft mit hohen Standards
Pros:

Wir haben diese Unterkunft spontan gebucht nachdem wir eine sehr schreckliche Erfahrung in einem anderen Hotel gemacht haben. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel. Sehr gute Lage. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Pros:

Понравился чистота номеров. Делают уборку каждый день. Персонал вежливый.

Cons:

Для улучшения качества обслуживания для гостей не плохо было бы угостить чаем или водой во время приезда до готовности номеров к сожалению этого не было. Первое впечатление было так себе. Были проблемы с оплатой не принимали доллары и пришлось искать банк чтоб обменять тенге. Плохо что отеле нет сауны и бассейна и тренажерного зала. Маленькая кухня(ресторан).
