Pros:

Нравится там всё , останавливаюсь не первый раз в этом отеле. Завтраки замечательные , чисто , приветливый персонал. Не шумно , отель находится среди частного сектора не далеко от центра.

Quite a central location, a spacious room, a nice backyard, supportive staff.

Cons:

The area around the hotel felt a bit shady. Also, the shower didn't drain properly - the water took a long time to go down and remained in the shower for a couple of hours.

Good place to stay
Pros:

Good hotel in a quite neighborhood.
They arranged a baby crib for my son.
Breakfasts were delicious

Cons:

The TV in the room was not working properly, we had to call the receptionist every time my kids wanted to switch on youtube and even after that it still stuck hanging in the middle of cartoon.
The Head shower did not work !

Cons:

Тонкие стены между комнатами, из-за чего слышны все звуки из соседнего номера. Слышимость слишком высокая.
Было бы отлично разнообразить меню завтрака и добавить горячие жидкие блюда (например, супы)
Отдельный минус — в прошлый раз мы просили одну большую двуспальную кровать для двоих, но нам просто сдвинули две односпальные. Спать с женой было очень неудобно, кровати разъезжались, и мы чуть не провалились в яму между ними. Надеемся, отель обратит на это внимание
