todo, desde la atencion en el lobby con el personal todo excelente, te sientes muy bien por que te brindan toda la informacion que tu les haces, si regresaria de nuevo.

Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias

Que me hicieron cargo doble de una habitación que ya tenía pagada.
Al final me hicieron la devolución, pero primero nos hicieron esperar bastante tiempo

El mejor viaje a Mexico (La hermosa y enorme CDMX)
Pros:

Fue una estadía maravillosa, el hotel está centrado y es muy tranquilo. Una observación es que el buffet debería de tener más variedad. El personal y el tramite tanto de entrada como de salida es super agil

La variedad en el buffet al desayuno, sería bueno encontrar más opciones.

Pros:

El hotel está en una plaza comercial por lo que tienes todos los servicios a la mano.

Cons:

La zona no es la mas bonita pero si vas a la Arena CDMX te queda súper bien. Tampoco es que este feo, la verdad todo los alrededores del hotel están muy bien. Solo que se mueve mucho vehículo pesado alrededor.

Nice comfy beds, good location and excellent view from the room

Cons:

The air conditioning was set at 18 degrees Celsius so if you were feeling cold the only way was to turn off.
