Slow elevators, wi-fi intermittent, restaurant busy and only a fixed price Mother’s Day menu available with no other eating options available fixed menu expensive at $75 per person.. tv info stated drinks at next door Talea could be charged to room .. this was not possible
Location is great - very walkable to Times Square, shopping on 5th Avenue, next to a subway station and restaurants all around.
Elevator was slow.
Lovely property within walking distance of all NYC attractions. Right next to a park with makes the whole place feel less crowded.
Opted for more spacious rooms and those felt on the small side too. But this is NYC - so we were satisfied with the room sizes. The rooms were well insulated. We were in the middle of NYC and heard absolutely no noise. This was a pleasant surprise.
I didn’t find the front desk staff particularly warm and inviting. However, not to the point of complaining.
I appreciated the water stations at every floor.

It would’ve been nice to have a stocked mini bar and more welcoming front desk staff.
But I’m now nitpicking. For the price point and what you get - this property is a winner.

Il personale delle pulizie inizia ad operare in maniera un po' rumorosa dal mattino molto presto. All'inizio ci è stata assegnata una stanza sul retro ed abbiamo dovuto chiedere la modifica considerando che avevamo una prenotazione per sei notti.
Great location. Friendly staff , clean and modern
We loved this hotel so much. Staff was so nice, especially Miguel!! The hotel is so modern, the location is perfect and central to everything. We know Manhattan pretty well but didn't realize until staying at this hotel how easy it is to catch a subway to all parts of town from here including the west side, lower east side, soho, Brooklyn and queens and the airports. Whole Foods is a few minutes away for a quick snack. You have access to the private club Branch that is absolutely fabulous. Great breakfast inside or on the patio with views of Manhattan. The patio is heated so you can grab tea or a glass of wine in the evenings. This may be our go to hotel every time we come back to our former home
Size of the standard room - but that's just Manhattan. Really nothing :)

Also loved the rooms , really nice.
Shout out to Mark on the door ( great professional), David and Naomi on the desk was in hand to deal with ALL of our queries.
(I can be a little OCD with smells and cleanliness)
All the staff here were absolutely amazing, will be staying again.
