Das Hotel hat eine wirklich tolle Lage, direkt am Byant Park. Unser Zimmer im 15. Stock war geräumig, die Handtücher waren flauschig und wurden täglich gewechselt. Optimal war die Nespressomaschine und Taps wurden auch täglich nachgelegt. Stauräume und Steckdosen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Klimaanlage funktioniert ohne stark zu ziehen. Die bodentiefen Fenster lassen sich zumindest einen Spalt öffnen. Die Bar im 6. Stock war sehr einladend und die Preise entsprechen dem Niveau der Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Was man wissen sollte, uns aber nicht gestört hat:
Wir hatten keine Aussicht, Ausrichtung zum Nebengebäude, dafür kaum Straßenlärm. Teppichfußboden. Am 1.Abend war die Bar wegen einer Privatveranstaltung geschlossen.

Arrived later than expected and realized I had booked the wrong dates. Jesse, Graham and Brendan could not have been more helpful in sorting it out quickly and getting me into my room after a long day of travel and meetings! Room had a beautiful view and bed super comfy. Would definitely recommend!!
I paid extra for a Premier High Floor Room, but it looked nothing like the photos. The view was completely blocked by surrounding buildings, so there was no real difference from a lower floor. I raised this issue, but only received generic replies instead of a proper explanation. Very disappointing.

Park Terrace is a beautiful place to stay in the middle of Manhattan close to many attractions and bars. The hotel is modern and well maintained. Very clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. Miguel was so sweet and friendly, he was able to give us guidance as we were asking questions. His restaurant and bar suggestions were on point. Yovanni and Arlette were great during check-in and check out. They were friendly and warm. A must stay!
This is my second stay at Park Terrace Hotel. Although the location is ideal for our needs, room 422 layout was awkward. The room storage for clothes was lacking and very limited. My husband and I both use packing cubes, and we ended up with the cubes stacked on the floor due to very limited drawer space. We were here for 4 nights and on the last day , I realized that the duvet had stains on the bottom part that was tucked under with the sheets. The sheets were clean and the duvet cover was clean. But the duvet itself was soiled . Very disappointing. This last discovery is the reason that will will not be staying in this hotel again.
Super nice hotel right across from NY public library and in the middle of grand central/penn station, times square, and the Empire State. Great location. Hotel staff was super accommodating. Nice rooms and comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Arlette checked me in and went above and beyond. Everyone that I encountered from reception, The Branch and even housekeeping were very friendly.
Unfortunately, housekeeping did come quite late in the day and after I had already returned to my room. This does not deter me from returning or recommending the hotel. And I'm certain that had I called down to the front desk, they would have rectified the situation promptly.

I had an amazing experience! Yovanni & Hugo welcomed me and my partner, who were in town celebrating my birthday. They sent a bottle of wine, treats, and a balloon to celebrate my birthday upon arrival. The suite was clean, cozy, and the cleaning service was great. I appreciate their hospitality and kindness. I will definitely be back next trip to NYC.
Zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Gym vorhanden. Fenster kann man öffnen. Sehr saubere Zimmer.
