Location
Especially some staff never simile and never help for customers’ requires for example Mr.Graham must be smile and try to help them for customers’ happiness, I want to change my room at first day but nobody reply me later only the answer they will look, but Mr.Miguel and David always try to help and they show me hospitality there, premium high floor rooms’ view looks back street buildings’ climates machines and walls, if you want to open window you can’t wait 2 minutes so very bad smells from restaurants , no breakfast but there is a Italian restaurant connected with hotel, there is a marketing mistake ..
La ubicación es INMEJORABLE!
Gran ubicacion a lado del Bryan Park justo en la 5ta Ave, y a 2 cuadras de Time Square, la habitacion nos encanto aunque la cama podria ser mas comoda.
Excellent
Everything
Only the pillows
The location is excellent—right by Bryant Park and within a 5-minute walk of Times Square, Broadway, and the Empire State Building, which made getting around incredibly easy. The hotel also offered a complimentary drink at the bar, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping was consistent, with fresh towels provided daily. The free water station was especially appreciated and very convenient. We also enjoyed a lovely view from our room, which the hotel accommodated based on our request at the time of booking. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Given the hotel’s price point and overall standard, we expected a mini fridge in the room, which was missing. The air conditioning unit was quite loud and would switch on intermittently, which was disruptive—especially at night. The bed was also smaller than expected, although comfortable. Additionally, there was a noticeable gap between the door and the floor (approximately two fingers wide!), which impacted both privacy and sound insulation. The carpet in the room is due a thorough professional clean.
Clean and very quiet room, well-equipped, and the staff were helpful and polite.
The location is very convenient. Close to the main sights but still a bit away from the crowds of Times Square.
I also really liked the Branch restaurant/bar: great drinks and food, stylish vibe, amazing terrace, and a beautiful view.
La Pecora Bianca restaurant downstairs was also very nice. They offered great breakfasts and a lovely ambiance. Service in both places was excellent.
The Classic room was very small (see photo). It did not look like the 18 sq m stated in the booking confirmation. It felt more like 12 sq m or even less. The bathroom was also tiny, and the room was quite dark, with a view facing the windows of the building in front. This was very frustrating especially for the money we paid. If I had known the actual size, I wouldn’t have booked it.
We extended our stay by one night and tried a Deluxe room. The size was much better (it was a good, comfortable size), but it didn’t have a desk.
