Gran hotel que solo le faltan algunos ajustes para ser un Espectacular hotel

Ubicación, limpieza, silencioso

Cons:

Agua para ir a buscar en pasillo y no en refrigerador de la habitación , no les funcionaba el mail del guste services y demoras en ascensores.

Ottimo hotel in Midtown Manhattan NY di fronte a Bryant Park.Personale estremamente disponibile:Hotel nuovo con camere pulitissime letto ottimo e cuscini fantastici,Ci torneremo.

Cons:

Sono rimasto solo perplesso dal fatto che non sono stati in grado di fornire disposable slippers cosa che mi aspetterei come standard in un 4*.Questo però non ha inciso sul soggiorno ,basta portarsele da casa.

Great hotel with superb restaurant and location
Pros:

Great location and the in-house restaurant was amazing. Was pretty quiet too considering it’s in the middle of manhattan.

Cons:

There are only two elevators so it takes a while to get one.

Great location, kind staff, great hotel
Pros:

The location is a can’t beat, the staff are always super friendly and very well trained.
The rooms are nice and comfortable, water and bottles at every floor, great facilities.
Guest request closet at every floor with frequently needed amenities like deodorant, toothbrushes, Kleenex, etc.

Fantastisch weekend in een top hotel op precies de goede locatie.
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de locatie, het terras op de 6e verdieping en de goede bedden.

Cons:

Aan de straatkant hoor je wel wat geluiden 's nachts, maar met oordoppen is het goed te doen.
