Park Terrace Hotel

On July 10th, I flew into NYC for a business/fun trip in which I would do some business at the Empire State Building and also attend a concert that was happening over the weekend.
I had never stayed in Midtown before and decided that the park on the park terrace was a base of operations. I am so glad that I made that choice. The hotel was beautiful. I got to do everything I wanted. Times Square was within walking distance as was the Empire State Building and there were tons of shopping options nearby.
Jesse was my first point of contact and he was able to arrange for me to check in earlier than my check-in time, which was really unexpected. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by Cailin, who was absolutely instrumental in getting me oriented to the hotel and letting me know where to go around the hotel to heighten my NYC weekend experience. She let me know all of the great places to eat and things that I needed to experience before I left.
After the first concert on the way back to the hotel I knew I wanted to stay longer to catch a Sunday concert and I went straight to the front desk to extend one more day. Miguel at the front desk was friendly and helped me at 4:00 in the morning and told me what I needed to do in order to extend my stay. I greatly appreciated his help as well.
All of these team members made my NYC experience unforgettable and I will definitely stay at the Park Terrace Hotel the next time I'm in town, which will probably be next week. I hope to see them there.

Most comfortable stay in the city ever. Perfectly located for business and fun outings. Amenities are exquisite for my lifestyle and the rest was superb! The front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping was excellent! I will be back!

While the location was amazing, I have to say that it was the WORST service I have ever received at a hotel and for an upscale expensive hotel, I was shocked at how bad it was. The desk staff was so unwelcoming. We received no help and no one even held the door as we tried to maneuver our luggage in the door, no greeting. Our room was not ready on time and when we FINALLY got into our room, it took 3 calls and 1 1/2 hours to get bedding for our pull out couch so my sick daughter could rest. Every day there were housekeeping issues--missing bath mat, sheets, etc. and we even found wet dirty cleaning rags mixed into our clothes. The room was nice but for three people in a suite staying 5 nights, there was only 1 drawer so we couldn't unpack and every inch of avilable floor space was taken by our suitcases that we had to live out of. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Park Terrace Hotel! First of all, you cannot beat the location. It’s right in the heart of everything, just steps away from Bryant Park, making it incredibly easy to get around, explore the city, and catch transit.

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and has fantastic amenities. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the overall setup of the hotel just makes your stay super easy and relaxing.

But what really made our experience stand out was the exceptional staff, especially Arlette at the front desk! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home with her amazing energy and great service.

If you're looking for a top-notch hotel in NYC with a perfect location, great facilities, and staff who genuinely care, this is it. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Arlette, and the whole team!

I had an amazing stay at Park Terrace Hotel! The location is unbeatable, with beautiful views and easy access to everything in the city. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the beds made for a great night’s sleep.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed, especially Arlette was amazing as always.Every detail, from the cleanliness to the overall atmosphere, made the stay feel relaxing and enjoyable.

Every time we go back to visit NYC we stay at The Park Terrace because of its cleanliness, service, and location. The concierge in particular - specifically Arlette and Yovanni - is always greeting us with a warm smile, make themselves available when we make a request or have an inquiry, and most importantly, make us feel at home. This is our go-to hotel in NYC!

I had an amazing stay at the Park Terrace. The staff was exceptional, the rooms and building were clean and well kept, the environment was safe. The location of this hotel was amazing it sits across the street from Bryant Park and was within a 5-10 minute walk from Times Square and many other hot spots. Miguel one of the receptionists did an outstanding job, his customer service is top notch even helping us resolve a check-in issue we had. He also gave me a postcard with places to visit and restaurants near by as it was my first trip to the city. I will be booking again!

The hotel itself is very clean and nice making it very livable for our short stay and the employees are all wonderful especially one of there receptionists, Miguel, he was extremely accommodating during the entirety of our stay making it all the more enjoyable.
