Staff was young, kind, professional, helpful and energetic. Room was clean and tidy, everything necessary for a pleasant stay. High quality soaps, extra soft pillows, linen and blankets (as i read in another review "felt like sleeping on a Cloud" 100% true!!). The whole vibe was chic and cozy. Perfect location by Bryant park, even though the building is not very tall out room view was quite amazing

Cons:

Quite pricey for a tiny room but it understandle as is very central and the rooms are well equipped. Hairdryer didnt work but we called front desk and we got a working one in just a few minutes

Excellent location by Bryant Park and walkable to Grand Central and Broadway attractions. Comfortable bed. We really enjoyed relaxing in the Branch lounge in the evening.

Cons:

We booked a Deluxe Studio for three adults (our adult daughter was staying with us). There was no bedding provided for the sleeper sofa until we went to the front desk to request it at 10 pm on our first night. The layout of the room/bathroom (sliding opaque glass door) does not provide very much privacy for adults staying together. Our daughter reported that the mattress on the sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable.
