Great View and great Value
Pros:

The rooftop restaurant River Vibe is the highlight. View of the city and river is spectacular. The streets of the surroundings are narrow and usually busy. Few people at 7pm, but many at 6am, same goes for food stands.

Love the location, the size of the rooms, the roof top bar.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great, in a very fashionable area with lots of places to eat and drink around. Old Bangkok. The rooms are great, with everything you could need in them. I like that they have air con and a fan although 'slow' on the fan was pretty fast! The bar on the roof is fantastic, great views. Good food. Great that the wharf Marine Dept has now opened, so you can catch a boat from about 5 mins walk away.

Cons:

I have stayed here about 4 times now, if not more, and every single time the staff are really indifferent. They are not welcoming and they couldn't care less when you leave. They made a mistake with our booking this time, so we had to wait while they sorted it out. It was the first time the staff have been polite and apologetic. Otherwise they really need a few lessons in charm school. Getting a taxi from the exact location is impossible. No one ever finds it. You have to walk away from the property and then order the Grab.

Enjoyable and decently priced hotel by the river

Cons:

Noise from ongoing repairs. Message said it would be finished at 5pm. It didn’t stop until 6.30. That’s unacceptable.

Một chuyến du lịch thật tuyệt vời bên dòng sông thơ mộng.
Pros:

Hotel có nhà hàng sân thượng tầng cao nhìn xuống dòng sông có view thật tuyệt đẹp lung linh vào buổi tối. Nhân viên phục vụ rất nhiệt tình và Hotel có luôn khu vực giặt sấy rất tiện lợi. Gần khách sạn có quán cafe thật đặc biệt có view ven sông.

Cons:

Tôi không thấy điều bất tiện nơi này vì họ rất tốt.

Pros:

The room was big and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

Not the easiest one to get in and out of you don’t have google maps. Lots of tiny alleys and during the night is scary to walk alone. The roof top bar is convenient but pricey.

Pros:

We appreciated that we could drop our bags with the hotel and explore the city before check-in. The location was GREAT - it truly felt like an amazing downtown/Chinatown experience, also close to 7/11s, street vendors, and water ferries. The staff, both front desk and restaurant, were lovely!! Fans and Air conditioners were awesome.

Cons:

The bathroom situation took some getting used to. We would have liked a place to put items (change of clothes) while showering. The light from the hallway was bright at night.
