硬件好, 但軟件比較差的酒店
Pros:

我們是住在高層的套房.
先說優點, 房間實在是很大, 空間感好, 衛生間也有三間.
房間可觀看到雙子塔,
離雙子塔也只需步行20多分鐘,
一落酒店附近就是著名的食街亞羅街,
行過一點就有大型商場連室內遊樂場TIME SQUARE
很方便的地點

缺點是去到酒店時不能直接跟酒店CHECK IN, 要先打電話給一個聯絡人,
那聯絡人就直接帶得們上樓, CHECK IN都不用...感覺有點奇怪
另外房間有發現兩隻蟑螂, 而毛巾有一條是不乾淨的
這些都很扣分

Great spot, poor condition.
Pros:

This is better known as Swiss Hotel Residences. You need to call the owner for someone to come and let you in. Unfortunately the 'non-smoking' room stank of smoke to the point of us having to go straight out to buy air freshener. The appartment is well appointed, but very run down unfortunately. We were told on check in that the dryer didn't work, which was a shame because being a family of 5, we had planned to use it. The rainfall shower head also didn't work. The TV reception was awful and only tuned in to 1 or 2 channels. We had asked for a view of the towers, which we didn't get. However, the location was good, just around the corner from Jalan Alor. Al Wira is a close restaurant that whipped us up tasty rotis for breakfast. With a bit of money spent to fix this room up, it would be fabulous. At the moment, it is sadly very tired, shabby and broken.

Good Location..,
Must contact the apartment owners before you arrive , Hotels.com can't help with this, you need to do it yourself...
Overall its just a home stay style, they won't provide any HOTEL service.
