No WiFi (have problem at that time),no hair conditioner and no rack for keep in properly location in bath room.Also still be dirty after re-making room.Television was not in good condition, remote control not working and bad signal cable caused the picture was not clear.The second day no bath room towel preparing.
The last thing,no power supply in the afternoon of the second day stay.
This hotel is not ready for support the customers.

Food was great in restaurant downstairs everyone was so sweet...water smells in the room...and service could have been better only the young man in office could understand me and I was speaking half English and half Thai I had been practicing for months.to show my family and friends I could get around... overall pool was fun and the views where amazing.. staffing was friendy

Second time stay here

ที่พักสะอาด ทำเลสะดวกสบาย บริการดีมากโดยเฉพาะ รปภ. สระว่ายน้ำสวยไปพักมา2ครั้งแล้วประทับใจทั้ง2ครั้งเลยค่ะ

This hotel is well maintained and very clean. There is some music from surrounding bars but all wass over before midnight during our stay, so caused us no problem. Staff were polite and courteous. One problem is the lack of a safety deposit box in the room. Overall a very pleasant stay. I would use it again.

Basic room with bed,shower,and toilet.A bit noisy at night.

The hotel is very clean , nice bed , a lot of food and drinking place just a short walk , right in front of the beach , many parking space , good wifi

ได้ห้องชั้นสอง มีระเบียงนั่งเล่นได ไม่ค่อยเห็นวิวทะเล แต่ก็พอได้ บรรยากาศ ห้องสะอาด พี่ รปภ บริการดี ก่อนกลับบอกว่า เดินทางปลอดภัย คาดเข็มขัดนิรภัย ด้วยครับ.

Rooms to the front of the hotel can be noisy from the surrounding bars. Rooms at the back are quieter

The hotel is close to the beach, the room was very big as I got a family room, there were cockroaches in the room and there's smell from the toilet I guess. There were 2 bar & restaurants sitting beside the hotel so it was very noisy at night time. The staff was friendly but need to be better trained.

Every thing smooth when we checked-in in the afternoon. Until after 8:00 pm to 2:00 am , there were loud noises from live music bands around hotel and we could not sleep until 3:00 am. It was bad experience.

Stayed here for 2 nights, first time in bang Sean hotel was very nice and clean, staff were very helpful will definitely stay here again for a longer time.bangsaen is mainly a resort used by Thais not foreigners but this made it so much better

Just OK. Staff was very nice but two things made the stay less than it could have been. First was the terrible lighting in the room. One main overhead light that was so bright you couldn't relax with it on. No nice low level lighting to watch TV with, relax with. The other issue was the pool. A beautiful setting, a nice pool. But the water was green.

Nice hotel, clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable stay and excellent value for money.
