Also, das Hotel, Verpflegung, Personal, super !!!
Vielleicht könnte man bei Zimmerplanung/ Vergabe, darauf achten, da wo vorher Hunde drin waren, beim nächsten mal wieder an Urlauber mit Hunden vergeben!!!

Landsleute im Speisesaal mit Badeshorts ,Trainingshosen ,barfuß in Badelatschen usw.....niemals 4 Sterne.Kann man nur abraten

Cons:

Rezeption war bei Empfang sehr unfreundlich.
Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt während des Aufenthalts.
Ausstattung des Zimmers war alt z. Bsp. der Spiegel war blind.
Personal im Restaurant war unfreundlich, man wurde nicht beachtet wenn man eine Bestellung aufgegeben wollte.

Helt ok. Dock under våra förväntningar
Pros:

Helt ok ställe. Fina stränder, dock va stället inte som vi föreställde oss. Inget dåligt med det.
Bra mat i restaurangen.

Cons:

Lite överpris mot andra hotell vi besökte. Personalen kunde bara polska och tyska, inte mycket engelska.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen
Hotel sehr sauber

Cons:

Abendessen von 16.00 bis 19.00 Uhr etwas zu früh für uns.
Sauna erst ab 16.00 Uhr, das passt nicht mit der Zeit für das Abendessen. Mit vollem Magen sollte man nicht in die Sauna.

Duże oczekiwania zgaszone rzeczywistością
Pros:

Na plus lokalizacja w pobliżu supermarketu i sklepu odzieżowego ( przynajmniej można kupić wodę, bo w tej "klasie" obiekcie jej nie uraczycie). Dodatkowo z obiektu można przejść drogą przez wydmy do traktu rowerowo pieszego wzdłuż wybrzeża. Strefa SPA również pozwoli na relaks po aktywnym dniu. Śniadania i obiady zróźnicowane zarówno pod względem ilości i jakości. Przy obiekcie duży parking 35 PLN doba.

Cons:

Po zameldowaniu otrzymaliśmy pokój śmierdzący dymem papierosowym wydobywającym się z toalety. Ewidentnie poprzedni goście musieli palić w tej części pokoju. Dodatkowo wyposażenie pokoju znajdowało się w złym stanie: - urwany uchwyt od szafy, poplamione łóżko, poplamiony abażur od lampy czy postrzępione, stare ręczniki raczej nie przystoją obiektowi ocenionemu przez Booking na 4 gwiazdki... Dodatkowo podczas pobytu w trakcie długiego weekendu, kiedy obłożenie hotelu było wysokie można zapomnieć o ciepłej kąpieli ok. 23-24, gdyż w kranie jest już tylko letnie woda. Pilot od TV również do wymiany. Każdorazowa próba zmiany kanału/dźwięku to walka z przyciskami.

Vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

- Wir waren im hintersten Nebengebäude untergebracht, öffnete man die Tür, stand man direkt in der Kälte. Insgesamt wurde das Zimmer trotz Heizung im Zimmer und im Badezimmer nicht richtig warm, wir mussten uns immer zudecken, wenn wir im Zimmer waren
- Man musste durch den Schnee ins Hauptgebäude, um Spa, Fitness und das Restaurant nutzen zu können. Leider war morgens kein Schnee geschoben, auch wurde nicht gestreut, so dass es sehr glatt war
- Mit Kindern ist es eine Zumutung jedes mal durch die Kälte zu laufen
- 3 Nächte waren wir dort: Kein Zimmerservice, kein Wechsel der Handtücher
- Beim Frühstücksbuffet war das Geschirr teilweise dreckig
- Im Spa sind alle Umkleideschränke defekt ebenso wie die Toilette, die sich nicht abschließen lässt

Pobyt przyjemny, chociaż z niedociągnięciami.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja - blisko ulicy i sklepu (który przyda się, ponieważ hotel nie oferuje w pokojach wody do picia), ale cicho - słychać głównie szum lasu i fal. Przyjemny widok z okna, po wyjściu z hotelu las sosnowy i wydmy, kawałeczek pieszo od pięknej plaży i punktów widokowych. Śniadania i obiadokolacje: jedzenia dużo, urozmaicone i dobre/ smaczne. Miła i pomocna obsługa, czystość ok, w samym hotelu fajny klimat. Strefa spa ok, czysta i dobrze zorganizowana.

Cons:

Nasz pokój nie był przygotowany na 3 osoby (brak pościeli, trzeciego kubka, ręcznika). Nie był gotowy nawet na 2 osoby - brakowało małych ręczników i szlafroków, przez co praktycznie pierwszego dnia nie mogliśmy skorzystać ze strefy spa. Zostały nam doniesione dopiero na drugi dzień około południa. Łóżka: zbyt miękki materac, spało się niewygodnie. Oświetlenie: przydałaby się lampka do czytania w łóżku, ewentualnie dodatkowe oświetlenie do czytania przy sofie. Pokój ogólnie niedoświetlony. W łazience brak miejsca na sensowne rozłożenie rzeczy. Brak kosmetyków dla gości (jest tylko nieokreślone mydło w płynie), brak wody do picia, choćby po małej butelce na powitanie. Stół bilardowy stoi w przejściu i nie da się z niego korzystać.

Kann man machen aber als erstes das Zimmer checken.

Top Lage, gutes Essen ….

Cons:

Reception sowie Kellner sehr hilflos, bei 50% Deutscher Gäste sollte ein wenig Deutsch oder Englisch gesprochen werden. Die Dusche war ungepflegt und gut mit Schimmel bestückt. Die Zimmertür klemmte extrem, hat aber niemanden Interessiert…..

Angenehmer Aufenthalt,welcher keine Wünsche offen ließ.

Wir haben in dem Resort und Spa alle gewünschten Annehmlichkeiten (im Spa Bereich z.B. Saunen,Whirlpool innen und aussen,Gradierwerk,Erlebnisdusche sowie eine Bar,Billardtisch,Fitnessraum,Chillareale.....) vorgefunden. Auch die Öffnungszeiten und ein Ansprechpartner waren zu den Hauptzeiten bis in den Abend anwesend.

Cons:

Im Bad des Zimmers war das Waschbecken nur eingeschränkt nutzbar,defekte WC Bürstenhalterung.
