Es ist sauber gewesen, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und die Lage ist wirklich gut zum erholen - schöne Zimmer! Die Massage war in einem tollen Ambiente und sehr gut- Sauna Bereich sehr klein ...

Cons:

Personal hat weder gut englisch noch deutsch gesprochen! Die Bar war schlecht besetzt und hat geöffnet und geschlossen wann sie wollte! Die BAR Frau war nicht sehr freundlich! Die Parkschranke funktionierte auch nur bei Bedarf- Kleinigkeiten aber .... man fühlt sich dann eben nicht so sehr willkommen!

Perfekte Lage
Pros:

Ins Neptuno kommen wir immer wieder sehr gerne. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – ruhig und weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen. Durch ein kleines Tor gelangt man fast direkt ans Meer und ist sofort am Strand. Das Essen ist hervorragend, und die familiäre Atmosphäre macht den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm und herzlich.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu przy samej plaży . Duży przestronny parking niestety dodatkowo platny .Pyszne jedzenie ; każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie; przestronny pokój z miłym balkonem ; wygodne materace .
Duża wygodna łazienka i od razu ciepła woda w kranie.
Dbałość o szczegóły ; akcenty świąteczne i dużo kolorowych kwiatów🌺🌺🌺🌺

Jedzenie w formie bufetu. Możliwość zostania z psem.

Pojechaliśmy w okresie marznących opadów i niskich temperatur przez co doswiadczylismy oblodzonego wejścia/podjazdu. Myślę, ze wiecej uwagi powinno być przylożone do zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa przy trudnych warunkach pogodowych. Bardzo łatwo można bylo sie posliznac i upaść wychodząc z hotelu.

Vielleicht könnte man bei Zimmerplanung/ Vergabe, darauf achten, da wo vorher Hunde drin waren, beim nächsten mal wieder an Urlauber mit Hunden vergeben!!!

Rezeption war bei Empfang sehr unfreundlich.
Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt während des Aufenthalts.
Ausstattung des Zimmers war alt z. Bsp. der Spiegel war blind.
Personal im Restaurant war unfreundlich, man wurde nicht beachtet wenn man eine Bestellung aufgegeben wollte.

Helt ok ställe. Fina stränder, dock va stället inte som vi föreställde oss. Inget dåligt med det.
Bra mat i restaurangen.

Cons:

Lite överpris mot andra hotell vi besökte. Personalen kunde bara polska och tyska, inte mycket engelska.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen
Hotel sehr sauber

Cons:

Abendessen von 16.00 bis 19.00 Uhr etwas zu früh für uns.
Sauna erst ab 16.00 Uhr, das passt nicht mit der Zeit für das Abendessen. Mit vollem Magen sollte man nicht in die Sauna.
