Très bel établissement auquel manque simplement une piscine (il y a toutefois un jacuzzi).
Malgré mon statut Gold, je n’ai pas été surclassé à l’arrivée, mais seulement le lendemain après en avoir fait plusieurs fois la demande. Dommage.
Room was big and clean.
The hotel is new, clean and convenient. It was a good stay and the charges are reasonable.
It’s flawless.
Especially the following:
•The staff are friendly.
•The view from the breakfast area is excellent.
•The room has large windows.
The room was very small, the TV was across the corner of the bed, the shower was nice with very hot water, careful or you could burn yourself. View out the window was good, AC worked well, the help was very friendly
Extremely friendly staff, very nice hotel
Dislikes:
1. The suite stunk like fish on arrival and we had to change rooms.
2. We had to pre-pay our stay upon check-in which none of us in our party have ever had to do. We arrived late at night, so it was a hassle, especially since we had to change rooms, which took over an hour to do.
First room smelled of cigarette smoke and hotel could not change rooms. Next day, moved to a new room. Put bags in room and went to get lunch. When returned to room, strong smell of sewer gas made the room uninhabitable. Another room was available in the same plumbing stack as other two (2) rooms. Decided to leave hotel and book room in another hotel. Management wanted to charge me of the second night in the sewer gas room. In my opinion, the entire stay should have been refunded. Management agreed to refund third night. Checked in a 19:00 and only stayed one (1) night in the non-smoking room that smelled of cigarette smoke. Shower also is a bad design, door opens in and tile is very slippery when wet.
Good location, modern and clean rooms. Has a lovely roof top bar and restaurant.
Staff are great.
Ok
We were put on the 13th floor of the hotel, directly under the rooftop terrace restaurant. As soon as we going into the room we could hear the music and moving of tables and chairs from the restaurant. When we returned from dinner at 10pm on a Monday night, it was even louder.
We called reception to ask when the noise would stop and make them aware of how loud it was, and were told it would stop in 30 minutes. In continued until 11:30pm.
Concerned for our second night, we returned to the hotel around 9:30pm and the noise was loud again but we could also hear the tv from the room next door, which was not playing loud, but we could hear it word for word. The soundproofing is not up to standard for this hotel so if you are a light sleeper or get disturbed from noise, I would not recommend staying here.
The staff were great and helped us with changing money, however the rooms are not up to the expectation of a Fraser hotel. Considering this is a new build, the shower was cold and did not heat up, and the noise made us not want to return.
Great service, wonderful breakfast spread, stunning views at the top @16th floor of Phnom Penh city. Would definitely stay again!
Amazing staff! Pattya, Lyly and Lida 😀 thank you, you made me feel special.
Rooms and bathrooms clean.
Bedsheets looked brand new. Crispy white linen.
Stayed on two different occasions. Solo female travel.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Restaurant upstairs have amazing view.
Thanks you,

New property, good location for the price.
There was no malls nearby
The best 4 star hotel but the service is like 5 star the service and staff are so friendly helpful especially Chamnan and Sambou. Will be back again for the next stay.
clean, modern hotel in a great location
Our first visit to Phnom Penh was well rewarded with our first-time experience staying at Capri. The hotel was clean, compact, and coolly designed, with an air unassuming modern luxury. Buffet breakfast was more than average with the local and international fare. Best of all, we were helped by a friendly, enthusiastic team of efficient staff (whether at the front desk or restaurant bar) throughout our 2-night stay on the 13th-floor with its spectacular window-wall view of Phnom Penh’s city centre. A thankful shout-out to Pattya, Sreylai, and Chamnan, the warm and quick-smart service team that assisted us with our late check-out requests. Thank you also to the reception pair lady and gentleman (working at 3-plus PM on 22 July) to expedite our late check-out. Our only regret was that we forgot to add a big tip to thank everyone, after realising that the final billdid not include a service tax. So we believe that our review here will be echoed by other guests of this highly recommended hotel.
Easy walking to nearby restaurants and coffee shops. friendly and helpful staff!
