Just what we were after!
Pros:

Quick walk to beach, friendly helpful staff.
Good breakfast.

Cons:

Courtesy bus ran from hotel to Hoi An was poorly organised. Even when booked insufficient room on bus! No staff managing those turning up for it.

It was perfect for what we wanted
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, rooms get cleaned daily which was amazing, breakfast was great, staff were amazing! You get to use the pool across the road right on the beach which was incredible! Swim up bar, you just pay for drinks. The hotel pool is also nice and quiet and friendly

Cons:

Initially you arrive and there is a hotel getting built across the road and it looks a little daunting but this hotel is fab.

Hotel is overrated.
Pros:

Proximity to the beach, residential area around

Cons:

I did not like the service, pushy trying to sell trips, once you don’t buy, you are treated with indifference. Bicycles are old, rusty and badly maintained. Family room is small.
