Pros:

The staff was Amazing. There was an issue with my reservation they swiftly took care of it and were extremely helpful. The views were Beautiful even tucked away in the middle of the city. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the plumbing but i found that issue in various locations throughout the area so I wouldn't pin that on staff or upkeep. Housekeeping was phenomenal

Pros:

Lage an der Metro und Zimmer einigermaßen ruhig wenn die Zimmernachbarn nicht nachts duschen.

Cons:

Frühstück rudimentär. Nichts besonderes für den Preis. Es gab keinen Grüntee. Nur eine ältete Frühstücksbedienung war exzellent, sofort weg geräumt und wieder aufgefüllt und das mit Liebe und Sorgfalt. Den Rest der Damen konnte man vergessen. Wahrscheinlich am Handy statt zu arbeiten. Keine Bar. Keine Stimmung. Nix.

Lovely hotel in a great location
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location right next to the metro station, staff are super friendly, facilities are clean and modern, rooftop pool is an added bonus!

Cons:

The beds in the twin room are very close, so not much space for two friends

Très bon hôtel, bien situé (métro et lignes de bus), beaucoup de commerces aux alentours. Personnel de l’hôtel très pro et souriant. Chambre confort et petite piscine sur le toit. Je garde cette adresse pour mon prochain séjour à Lisbonne

Nice hotel close to metro station.
Pros:

Small Hotel in a quiet residential area. Very friendly staff, nice clean room and metro Saldana is right in front of hotel.

Cons:

I can found only one unused electric plug on the wall, nothing next to the bed. Had to unplug the kettle to access a 2nd plug.
