Уютный отель со всеми необходимыми атрибутами, гостеприимный и дружелюбный персонал
Pros:

Удобное расположение отеля рядом со Старым и городом и видом на реку привлекли наше внимание к нему. Ожидания оправдались полностью, девушки на reception - Lisa и Ngoc были очень дружелюбны и внимательны. Ngoc даже в свое нерабочее время откликалась на наши различные просьбы.

It is located 3 mins walk from the Ancient city of Hoi An.

Cons:

The room was fairly clean but it had a burned smell with ashes flying when you open the window. Inside the cupboard it was dusty.

My stay was wonderful, the hotel location is just perfect right

Great Boutique hotel, conviently located and helpful staff.
Pros:

We stayed at Ivy hotel. Nice clean and adequate size rooms and bathrooms. The receptionists were very helpful and can arrange for tours and transport of needed, though we had arranged everything before hand. The Breakfast was adequate for us though limited because of our dietary requirements. The chef arranged for more items for us the next day. Thank you.
The location is perfect just outside the old town walking area. Located on a not a busy street road, it’s easy if u want to get grab to places outside old town or the other end etc. Thanks for making it pleasant stay for us.

床很好睡，有陽台，地理位置不錯離古城很近

Cons:

浴室把手一開始就是壞的，門關不起來，洗澡時水會濺出來，住三天到退房了都沒有修；早餐開放式的，麵包、吐司和生菜停滿了果蠅，挺髒的，火腿還疑似發霉，從原本的粉紅色變成斑駁的一塊塊灰色，更扯的是居然還擺出來；十點過後附近音樂還碰碰碰的很吵
