Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They booked all our tours and transfers. The location was great, right beside the entrance to the lantern boats and a 2 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants in Old Town. Great value for money

Pros:

Great place to stay in Hoi an! We loved Lisa, she was wonderfully helpful with recommendations of food / tailors / activities! The hotel is in a great location for getting to the old town, lots of food / shops to explore nearby. Rooms spacious (we had twin room with room to leave backpacks open) and clean. They also arranged airport pick up and a private driver for our check out day so we could explore the marble mountains on our way to our Da Nang accommodation. Breakfast was nice too, with lovely eggs made to your order. I highly recommend!

Einfach toll!!
Pros:

Wir sind absolut begeistert. Was für ein tolles Hotel und vorallem was für ein unglaublich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Kommunikation lief vorab schon sehr gut und es wurde sich um alles gekümmert, wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten. Seien es Ausflüge, Transfere oder Tipps und Tricks. Dankeschön.
Die Zimmer sind toll. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Ausblick von unserem Balkon auf das Treiben auf dem Fluss und in der Altstadt (besonderes Highlight in der Nacht).
Die Lage war sensationell direkt an die Altstadt angrenzend und so konnten wir alles mehr oder weniger zu Fuß erreichen. Auch für kostenlose Fahrräder ist Vorort gesorgt. Diese sind komplett neu und laden dazu ein einen Ausflug in die Reisfelder oder den Strand in der Umgebung zu machen.
Ich empfehle jedem das Ivy Hotel in Hoi An und würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Perfekte Lage, ruhig und sauber - gerne immer wieder
Pros:

Die Lage ist grandios und das Personal super freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie begrüßen einen persönlich und sie kümmern sich um Fragen und Wünschen. Die Bettwäsche und ha Handtücher riechen so gut und es gibt viele Ausflüge, die man über das Hotel buchen kann.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir ein zwei Mal für einige Minute Stromausfall und den einen Abend kein Wasser, sodass ab 21:30 Uhr bis morgens weder die Dusche noch die Toilette benutzt werden konnte.

The location is the best and worst of the hotel - across the street is the old town BUT it is very noisy. We were in a big room with two windows and one of them didn’t close very well and you could hear everything, including the karaoke close by.

Pros:

O hotel é super limpo e organizado, a cama bem confortável e a equipe é nota mil. A localização é excelente, perto de todas as principais atrações da cidade e que vc pode fazer tranquilamente a pé. Toda a equipe é super solicita, estão sempre prontos para te ajudar e dar dicas sobre o que fazer. A Lisa desde antes de chegar já se preocupa com sua chegada. Me senti segura e muito tranquila no hotel.
