Pros:

Abbiamo prenotato una camera con vista fiume ed era meravigliosa, grande e pulita. Posizione comoda per visitare Danang e si trova a pochi passi dal famoso ponte del Drago. Receptionist sempre gentili e ci hanno preparato la colazione take away visto che la mattina seguente partivamo presto. tutto ok

Wonderful Stay At Avora Hotel
Pros:

The location near Dragon bridge, Han market and eateries is wonderful for us as we only have a short stay of one plus day to explore Danang. The reception is friendly and helpful. Special mention to the porter Pujong (pardon if his name is spelled wrongly) as he takes great effort to ensure our safety when crossing the street and aligning from Grab vehicles. Thank you.

Very disappointing stay, our river view was a view of a tree. The photos were very misleading.
Pros:

I was really looking forward to our stay here. I had booked a suite with river view so we would be able to see the dragon bridge from our room. When we arrived we were given the river view room on the 3rd floor.

On entering the room we found it was dark, we then went to look at the river view only to find that all we could see was a tree that blocked the view out of the window. We did not have a river view.

The hotel said we could have a full refund and we could go somewhere else, Da Nang was very busy and we couldn’t find any where else.

I explained that the reason we had booked this hotel was for the view but they said they were not able to move us. In the end we had to settle for a discount to the room. A discount helped but we booked for a river view.

We were very disappointed with the room and don’t feel that they should say the room on the 3rd floor has a river view. The photos were very misleading and did not reflect our view.

One good thing was that the breakfast was very good.

The fact that the room we booked with a river view didn’t have river view.

Perfect.
Pros:

Location was perfect, many places were within walking distance. If not, a short taxi ride away. Room size was decent, a tad larger would have been nice. The breakfast was amazing.

The entire staff was GREAT!! a few names I recall are Tran & Bien - Very helpful, and always willing to assist in anyway.

Cons:

Wish I was able to stay longer.

Everything.Super friendly and helpful staff who made the stay feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and had a stunning view overlooking the river. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was very tasty. Highly recommend.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike. The shower could do with a curtain.
