Not a habitable abode
Pros:

The old couple who are employed to run the place make a formidable effort, and have cooked a great breakfast.

The ac worked OK.

Cons:

The property is simply uninhabitable.

The location is down a 1km unlit dirt track.

The house is beyond run down; severe mold infestation, leaks everywhere, walls discoloured and disfigured. Doors creaky and broken, windows that don't properly close, spiders absolutely everywhere, etc.

The swimming pool outside was so dirty I couldn't even get my feet in it.

The house needs a huge amount of renovation before it can even be considered fit for human habitat, let alone a paying accommodation.
