Com certeza não voltaremos a nos hospital nesse hotel..
Pros:

Não gostei do cafe da manhã. Sempre a mesma coisa.
Pães, biscoitos, salgadinhos sempre os mesmos e velhos..

Cons:

Tudo poderia melhorar. O quarto quando chegamos estava sujo e empoeirado. Limpei a superficíe dos móveis com uma toalha que ficou muito suja.

Os funcionários são muito educados e solicitos, a localização é incrível!

Cons:

Acredito que por conta do prédio ser antigo, algumas coisas acabaram incomodando. O pior foi o banheiro. Existe uma espécie de grade que faz a exaustão do banheiro, mas ela é dentro do box, e durante o banho gera uma corrente de ar bem forte, o que não é bacana durante um banho quente.

Cafe da manha excelente, garcom, Rivelino, pessoa fantastica, sempre de ótimo humor , com nosso omelete quentinho delicioso, feito na hora.

Localização é o forte, mas precisa se modernizar!
Pros:

A localização do hotel é o grande diferencial deste hotel. Fica a apenas alguns metros da principal rua de Serra Negra, mas ao mesmo tempo, longe da agitação noturna da cidade (o que pode favorecer aqueles que não gostam muito do barulho das noites).

Cons:

As instalações do hotel são bem antigas (tem até bidê no banheiro!!!), e as cores escuras da acomodação, aliada à baixa luminosidade presente no local, deixam o ambiente um tanto sombrio.
