The property was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We slept very well because there was no noise. The security system also made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Everything was well maintained and we really enjoyed our time here.

Very good property — highly recommended

Cons:

One thing we didn’t like was that there was no refrigerator in the room. Having a small fridge would have been very useful, especially for keeping drinks and food cold.

Tener que entrega cada vez que salías del hotel la tarjeta llave de la habitación, además me pareció muy grave que si el recepcionista tenía que salir del hotel se cerraba la única puerta de salida y en caso de emergencia no podías salir al exterior, tuvimos que esperar tres clientes durante 15 minutos que volviera el recepcionista, nunca me habían encerrado dentro de un hotel sin poder salir al exterior.

Comfortable and quiet base for exploring the city, provided you don't mind a bit of a commute
Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet, nice neighborhood with good transport connections. Both the airport and the city centre are a reasonable distance away. The staff were very friendly, and the room was comfortable and well-equipped, with daily housekeeping.

They don't provide breakfasts, but there is a little café inside the hotel that we liked.

Cons:

One downside was the hotel's policy of requiring guests to leave their keycard at the front desk every time they leave. Since there's a backup card in the room anyway, this felt unnecessary and created a bit of friction.

As for transit, there is no metro station right by the hotel, but you do have access to a few buses and a tram. We used a transport pass: while some of the outer bus routes seemed to fall outside the pass zone, taking the tram worked great to connect us with the metro and buses closer to the city centre.
