Затишний і безпечний комплекс з привітним персоналом.
Pros:

Затишне, чисте і гарне міце. Кілька котеджів поєднані в один комплекс. Територія під постійним контролем. Кімната простора, містить ліжко і диван, доволі велику шафу та робочий стіл. Душ електричний і до нього потрібно пристосуватися, але працює добре і вода гаряча. В номері є чайник і смачний чай. В номері не має холодильника, то ж просто на нього не розраховуйте.
Потрібно просити фен на реєстраційній стійці. Якщо вам потрібен фен щодня - або візьміть з собою, або будьте готові щоранку за ним бігати. Хоча це ще один привід поспілкуватися з чудовими працівниками готелю;)
Сніданки доволі ситні та великі.
Можливо замовити ланч і вечерю.

Cons:

На сніданку дають розчинну каву, але обіцяли полагодити апарат або навчитися варити смачну каву.

Perfect for UN meetings
Pros:

Very convenient for meetings at the UN offices in Nairobi - just a short Uber ride away - with similar easy access to restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The rooms are fairly basic and the breakfast barely adequate, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you are in Nairobi for a UN meeting this is one of the best value for money deals available.

Excellent location, rooms and staff, who went above and beyond and were always responsive to our needs. Breakfast was excellent - thanks chef!

Higher water pressure in the showers would have been nice, but was workable, give the number of people there that week.

A good stay!!
Pros:

Great location close to the UN, walking distance for 10-13 minutes, clean, good value for money, nice breakfast, the reception staff are very helpful and nice! Nice rooms and nice garden outside.

Avoid this hotel
Pros:

Garden was nice

Cons:

We did a late booking and when we arrived, the staff made us wait 15 minutes outside the gate, while verifying our booking.

Inside we quickly discovered that booking.com had "upgraded" our room from double with balcony, to a twin without balcony. A mistake that could easily have been corrected, since the double room was still available and listed at booking.com at the same price. However the host refused unless we paid twice the rate.

The room was VERY disappointing as well. Very small and sparsely decorated. WiFi was too weak to be functional and the water wasn't hot. The TV was the size of a tablet and useless unless you were standing right in front of it.

Through decades of staying in hundreds of hotels around the world, Villa Leone ranks among the worst experiences I have ever had. There are hotels in Nairobi for less than $20 a night that provide better service than this.
