Fantastisch historische plek.
Pros:

Dit is een hotel met historie. Echt prachtig allemaal. Binnen is alles ouderwets. Als je naar Bayreuth gaat moet je hierheen. Het servies bij het ontbijt is ook oud. Alles ademt een mooie oude sfeer.

Cons:

Bij het ontbijt moet je alles vragen. Het handigste is als ze de eerste keer komen om gelijk hetgeen te vragen wat je wilt hebben. Het is regelmatig paniek bij de meisjes want ondanks een paar bezette tafels gaat het erg moeizaam en rommelig. Maar uiteindelijk komt alles goed. Wij vonden het leuk. Parkeren in een zijstraatje was wel een dingetje maar ook dat lukte. Geen airco dus de ventilator aan.

Sehr in Ordnung, für einen Städtetrip sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage war bestens und das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Mir sind Frühstückbuffets viel angenehmer, weil die bestellten Produkte sehr in Etappen gekommen sind und eine Auswahl mit Blick auf die Angebote so leider nicht möglich sind.

Cons:

Camera in piano alto. Secondo me se la camera si trova in un piano alto, cliente deve essere informato nel momento della prenotazione.

Garage war sehr eng
Mir hat nicht gefallen, daß Booking.com im Nachhinein eine "Manipulationsgebühr" verrechnet, welche nicht vereinbart war, und deren Abbuchung ich auch nicht zugestimmt habe. Auf meine Anfrage erhielt ich auch keinerlei Antwort !!! Das Hotel selbst kann nichts dafür - es liegt an Booking.com. Für mich nie wieder Booking.com und werde auch allen meinen bekannten abraten dort zu buchen !!!!

Das das Frühstück am Tisch via Karte bestellt werden musste und es kein Buffet gab, an dem mach sich ganz individuell bedienen kann, ist aus meiner Sicht nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

It was perfect!
Pros:

Although the hotel has been welcoming guests for more than 350 years, the room was comfortable, well equipped, and suited to the needs of a modern traveller. The room included all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay.
A fan was provided, which made the room more comfortable during the heatwave. The hotel location is perfect, as sights and good restaurants are in walking distance from the hotel. The staff are very friendly and forthcoming.
All-in-all a very nice hotel to stay at.

Spitzenservice in historischem Hotel und Räumen
Pros:

Das Ambiente im Hotel und die barocke Einrichtung sowie das nette Personal gewandet in original Kostümen sind für sich eine Reise wert. Großes Kompliment und herzlichen Dank!
