Pros:

Le personnel toujours agréable.

Cons:

Que nous refaisons les lit avec les même draps durant 7 jours.
Une aire de jeux pour les enfants serait vraiment un plus (exemple de quoi faire du foot ou autre )pour éviter d'embêter les personnes qui sont sur les transat ou les table.

Séjour en famille
Pros:

Personnel très agréable. Pour les repas il y avait différents repas chaque jour (à condition de ne pas vouloir manger de tout à chaque repas...)
Les chambres sont spacieuses. La rue est calme (voyage en avril). Il y a de la place pour se garer gratuitement dans la rue. Une cala est située en face de l'hôtel donc pratique pour aller se baigner. Je n'ai pas profité de la piscine car la météo ne s'y prêtait pas (piscine non chauffée)

Cons:

Les chambres sont survolées. Le sol n'était pas propre et les draps n'ont pas été changés une seule fois durant un séjour de 8 nuits.
Les activités sont pauvres (est ce la saison qui voulait ça ?) une mini disco était annoncée mais rien pour les enfants.
L'hôtel manque d'espace extérieur+++
Les heures du dîner (19h à 21h) sachant que le déjeuner est de 13h à 15h

Die Lage war super!
Für ein dreisterne Hotel war alles bestens! Man erwartet auch nicht mehr, wir waren hauptsächlich unterwegs. Uns war es wichtig, dass wir eine preiswerte Unterkunft hatten. Für bessere Getränke muss man zahlen, das war aber völlig in Ordnung. Die Mahlzeiten waren für dreisterne Unterkunft völlig gut!
Unser Appartement mit zwei Schlafzimmer war in Ordnung, die Lage ruhig und man hatte noch einen kleinen Garten sowie eine Terrasse.

Cons:

Man durfte die Tische nicht zusammenstellen. Es gab nur Tische für 4 Personen, wir waren 5, daher saßen wir leider getrennt beim Essen.

Excellent location in a Gem part of this islnad - great hotel in a great location
Pros:

In a great location, easy check in, cheap drinks, pool is clean and tidy. Rooms were basic but you get what you pay for.
Cleaners came in daily on request with clean towels and made the beds up.
Access to a little town, walking distance to a great beach with cocktail bar.
Hire a car if you stay here cheaper than taxi and gives you flexibility to go places.
Lovely place to stay

Cons:

Ants like to come inside! But easily managed if u store food away and have the room cleaned

Lo mejor del alojamiento fue el personal

Cons:

Las instalaciones bastante reguleras, los horarios del buffet eran para extranjeros completamente, a las 9 de la noche se termina el servicio de cenas, por lo cual varias veces nos quedamos sin cenar. Por las noches el sonido del aire acondicionado de otras habitaciones no te deja dormir por el ruido que hace el motor. Y añadir que pone que tiene espacio para fumadores y ese espacio es salir del hotel para fumar, si quiera se puede fumar en las terrazas dentro del hotel, solamente fuera de este.
La estancia en general no estuvo mal porque apenas pasamos tiempo en el hotel, pero tiene mi has cosas a mejorar.

Lo mejor sin duda la ubicación, porque estaba cerca de una cala.

Cons:

Las instalaciones eran muy antiguas, el sofá cama de nuestro apartamento era super incómodo, el secador no funcionaba y la cena del buffet no era de muy buena calidad.

Del alojamiento no me gustó nada en concreto, pese a que me fui de vacaciones con mi familia y han sido las peores vacaciones que he podido pasar en un verano ya que llevo visitando tantísimos años Mallorca

En el establecimiento la directora no me quería proporcionar una hoja de reclamaciones, me sacó un folio me dijo que apuntara todo ahí que ya lo metí en el buzón de sugerencias para tomar cartas en el asunto y le manifesté de que yo lo que quería era hacer una reclamación oficial, cosa que la hice rellenar el folio el mismo tres veces, ya que la señora ni se prestó ni ha tenido la delicadeza la señora directora de sacarle una copia tres veces al mismo folio con una actitud muy déspota chulesca fatal mi reclamación consiste en que mi persona, mi mujer, mis hijos salimos picados por todos los lados cada día que pasábamos más en la instancia, cada día aparecían más ronchas en el cuerpo nuestro el sofá-cama, los colchones llenos de chinches una cosa horrorosa desde el minuto uno que llegamos al establecimiento teníamos contratado una suite Junior especial, mis hijos, uno de 17 y otro de 16 16 años no cabían ni en la cama eran dos colchonetas con dos sofás tuve que abonar una diferencia. Aparte por día para poder tener comodidad ya que íbamos de vacaciones. No íbamos de visita. La reclamaciones están puestas en Booking en el Hotel el folio ese que me dieron le dije me lo sella por favor que si no esto no tiene validez no quería ni sellarme el documento
