It's OK
Pros:

Great location- very central, just 2 mins walk from Cala Gran and 6 mins from Cala Petita. The hotel is clean and the housekeeping staff are always helpful. The food was also surprisingly good, with plenty of fresh and healthy options despite some negative reviews I had seen before. If you keep in mind this is a basic hotel with some extra facilities, you’ll enjoy your stay 😊

Special thanks as well to one of the young night receptionists who helped me very late at night with my booking issue when the system wouldn’t allow check-in. Very kind guy-you are a star!

Cons:

The hotel is a bit dated and could definitely improve a few things. Also some of the morning reception staff came across as quite rude at times. My friends had a few simple questions during our stay and the attitude wasn’t very welcoming. We understand reception can be busy, but a smile and a polite greeting go a long way.

Formule All Inclusive simple mais variée. Les plats sont bons .
La présentation du logement assez flâteuse pour les chambres dites "deluxe".

Cons:

Tous les jours un problème : 2 jours sans TV, une journée sans eau dans l'appartement et 7 jours sur 7 sans vraiment d'eau chaude et compliqué d'avoir de la pression au lavabo et sous la douche .

Staff were lovely, room and location was excellent

Room was amazing, location was excellent, felt safe with the gates around the resort

Shower pressure and temperature wasnt great. Drain was also blocked one of the days

Veel herrie, niet heel schoon, buffet matig. Kamers heel eenvoudig, slechte douche. Er werd niet veel schoon gemaakt.

Не було вайфая , було брудно, незручні ліжка і просто доісторична техніка , душ був просто жахливий і зіпсований . Якщо вам дадуть кімнату 3007 не заселяйтесь туди . Це офіційно найгірший готель в моєму життя
