Prisvärt hotell med bara en kort promenad från stranden
Pros:

Bra utbud av mat och dryck på all-inclusive och trevligt område. Mycket trevlig personal i restaurangen och i poolbaren

Cons:

Vår AC kylde dåligt i rummet och sen regeln att de ” låser upp ” solsängarna kl 10 var lite ovanligt..incheckningen tog väldigt lång tid då vi anlände med flera andra resenärer med allt som skulle fyllas ut innan man fick nycklarna till rummet, kanske kunde man hitta en bättre lösning eller ge ut banden så man kunde få lite mat och dryck medan man väntade..det hade vart trevligt ?

Sehr gute Lage, man ist in 2 Minuten beim Strand. Die Poolanlagen waren auch sehr cool und sauber. Es gab jeden Tag Unterhaltung im Hotel und auch coole Aktivitäten wie zB Tennis werden angeboten.

Cons:

Essen war manchmal etwas fad und Fleisch sah nicht unbedingt appetitlich aus, aber es gab genug andere Alternativen. Aber alles in allem war das Essen für ein All-inclusive recht gut.

Good hotel with great location and stuff, but some things would be great to improve
Pros:

The Hotel has great location, only 2 minutes from the nice beach. The stuff are pretty friendly and helpful. Especially great that there are many international employees who can even speak your language and make you to feel like at home. There are also pools and nice property on the hotel location. In only 100m you can find streets with shops. Even in main season you find parting place there around.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the food quality needs improvement. Breakfast was always the same, but some stuff like salami, bacon was impossible to eat. The dinner was better. Hotel rooms need reparation, especially bathroom and doors ( when someone from this floor leaves a room - the door closes incredibly loud). Safe, beach towels are not included.

La ubicación, es perfecto para gente con problemas de movilidad.

Cons:

La limpieza de las habitaciones es inexistente, no cambian las sabanas y apenas hacen limpieza de esta y menos del baño...en ese aspecto está muy flojo el servicio. Nosotros hemos estado 7 dias del 12 as 19. El resto genial.

La comida poca variedad y mala calidad e higiene. Y que cierren la piscina a las 18:00h y te echen de las hamacas, en pleno verano es súper pronto.

Pros:

The pool was nice and big enough. The location was amazing. The beach was right in front of the hotel and all the main restaurants and shops were all only a few minutes walk. It was a 20 minute walk to the marina so would be a cheap taxi ride if you didn't want to walk. Staff were all lovely and allowed us to keep our AI wristband on the last day when we checked out. We preferred to go out for dinner but they had burgers, chips, nuggets and salad available at the pool and toasties later in the afternoon. Lots of facilities. Everything expect the room was great

Cons:

I wouldnt stay here again for the AC alone. It was a vent in the roof by the door and didn't cool down the room at all. We had to keep the door and blinds shut the whole time to avoid the sun coming in. Trying to sleep was a nightmare and a cold shower before bed was a necessity to try get some sleep at all.
I wouldn't be one to complain and I get you don't always get exactly what is advertised but the room was not like the photographs at all! It was a bed, two lockers, a tv and a couch that was so squashed towards the bed you couldn't get passed it. It was very old fashioned compared to what we thought we were booking online.
Although the pool was nice, we weren't aware that the pool would close at 6pm every night as the lifeguard was finishing

Pros:

Excellent location with stunning beaches nearby and close to town. Enjoyed the activities provided. Friendly staff and good variety of food at buffets

Cons:

Bathrooms could use an update, shower head was a bit dodgy but still worked, air conditioning needed an upgrade did not cool half of our room

Hotel war im Großen und Ganzen echt in Ordnung der Service die Anlage und das Essen war echt stabil. Jedoch gab es einen riesigen Störfaktor. Bitte passen Sie auf was sie nach 22:00 Uhr machen. Wenn in der Nachtschicht arbeitet immer ein kleiner nerviger Italiener, der nachts auf die Zimmer läuft, wenn man mal ein Wort wächst und direkt rot die Polizei zu rufen. Leider hat das Hotel ihn noch nicht gekündigt. Er hat uns echt einige schlaflose Nächte bereitet, obwohl man noch eigentlich meinen müsste, dass dafür so ein Urlaub da ist, um mal richtig schlafen zu können. Es hatte schon fast was von einer Heimsuchung, wie er durch die Gänge gegeistert ist und die Gäste terrorisiert hat. Hoffentlich arbeitet er dort nicht mehr lange …
