Pros:

Before booking, I would recommend confirming whether it's the main hotel building or annex. All the facilities (restaurant, gym, pool) are located in the main building which is a few blocks away from the annex (about 5mins walk). This I found inconvenient as each time I had to go to the main building for meals or pay extra for room service. Unless you don't mind the back and forth each time you want to use those facilities, or you're on room only basis then this shouldn't be a problem.
The air conditioner in the room didn't work properly, which I found very uncomfortable as it was reported but not much difference after servicing.
Internet at the main building was fast/good compared to the annex where it hardly worked sometimes.
The staff were awesome, from the check-in to the restaurant. Very polite. Willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. Definitely, have to mention Mr. Deji at the restaurant was extremely helpful and Chef Damien with the delicious meals too.
All in all a quiet hotel, nice location with several shops within walking distance. Will stay here again.
