Pros:

I will definitely stay again. The hotel was amazing and the staff were super friendly and respectful. from the security person at the gate to the reception staff and house keeping, everything was brilliant. the room was super clean and it was cleaned everyday and whenever requested. Food was good, bar was opened 24/7 incase you need to order drinks or food. Perfect location if you need to explore mainland and island. I will definitely recommend this - stayed for 14 days. cant wait to go back when I visit nigeria again.

Good enough
Pros:

Stayed here for 5 days in Nov,2018. Stayed in room 202. Cost 20k per day. Decent bathroom, fridge in room. Only budget hotel I recommend on mainland Lagos.

Has a swimming pool which we didn’t use.

Breakfast for one person only. I did not order lunch or dinner.

Enjoyed...would stay again.
Pros:

Very good stay at this hotel. It is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, the food was good and the service was kind and courteous. It is not a higher end hotel, but I've stayed at some whose service doesn't compare to this one.

Small and friendly
Pros:

This is a smaller hotel with only 35 rooms and would be classified more as a budget hotel. The staff are very fiendly and most helpful, the rooms are minimalistic but very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms have large showers with great water pressure and loads of hot water. I only ate the breakfast which was hot, well cooked and delivered with a smile.
