This was the first time we had stayed at a Dakota Hotel, the environment is quite dark but overall we had a good experie
Pros:

Good location, lovely environment, good sized room, very comfortable

Cons:

Service charge 12.5% added to drinks bought whilst standing at the bar
Unfortunately our room appeared to have an issue with the plumbing - the water in the sink took ages to drain & the toilet water kept running after a flush
Sky TV kept going on & off all the time
