Excellent customer service
Pros:

Warm greetings on arrival and quick check in. Room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Nicely calming and upmarket decor. Thoughtful lighting could be dimmed to be not too bright and a soft under sink light in the bathroom. Maybe a few too many mirrors but perhaps that’s nice for some! Thank you

Great hotel, in central location.
Pros:

Good central location. The hotel was superb, reception and concierge teams excellent.

Cons:

The pavements on Russell Street near hotel a bit like the rest of city, dirty and uneven.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Everything was fabulous.. staff very friendly and all the added touches were much appreciated. Beds were very comfy and breakfast very tasty. Location for the city centre perfect.

Graduation Stay
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and the staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay feel extra special. We dined in The Grill and we all agreed we had the best steak EVER! Drinks on the terrace afterwards with great service.

Nice hotel
Pros:

It's a nice hotel, the staff were great, but the room just had snags that took the shine off.

The blinds didnt work, because they're broken. The light had fallen out of its ceiling setting and the pillows were painfully thick.

I would stay again, it's ceratinly the nicest hotel in Leeds, but true 5* hotels have a better attention to detail.
