An exceptional hotel, a real gem
Pros:

Room 322 was the main office in the old Bergen stock exchange. Great size, characterful and very comfortable. The dining area is very beautiful, arched pillars and art deco murals on the wall.

Uma merda !
Pros:

Nada. Para completar não tinha energia e não me mudaram de quarto. Só não saí porque era tarde da noite. Ademais pedi reembolso pelos meus gastos e eles nem tomaram conhecimento dizendo que vocês são responsáveis.

I would stay here again and would definitely recommend Bergen Bors.
Pros:

The location is fabulous. Breakfast was included and was also fabulous, except the coffee. The bar and general area for meals was stunning. High ornate ceilings. Just beautiful.

Cons:

The room was comfortable but it wasn’t easy to order room service, work the TV or find out anything. I also found the front reception a bit unenthusiastic. Meaning, they were a bit vague generally. And I found the music (Frank Sinatra) so loud in the bar and restaurant area. We stayed 3 nights so we had an afternoon drink every day. The music never changed and was so loud. It was awful.
