Everything is great except the noise of drunk people on the street.
Pros:

Location, breakfast is fantastic and room is cosy.

Cons:

The reason why I gave 8 as the overall rating instead of 10 is because the loud commotion on the street throughout the night could be heard clearly from the hotel room.

Hotel icónico en el centro de Bergen.
Pros:

En el centro mismo de Bergen, tenemos todas las atracciones principales a un paso del hotel. Muy cómodo para hacer turismo por esta preciosa ciudad.
Un hotel icónico con un restaurante, simplemente, espectacular.
El desayuno muy bueno y abundante, aunque como teníamos el vuelo relativamente pronto y abrían a partir de las 8.00 h apenas pudimos disfrutar de él.
Algunos elementos del personal del restaurante hablan español, lo que lo hace muy agradable.
Es un hotel más impersonal, como corresponde a hoteles grandes, pero está todo muy bien cuidado y limpio.
Las camas muy cómodas y las habitaciones también.
La fachada y la situación, lo mejor.

Cons:

Aunque las habitaciones están aisladas, al estar en el centro se oye el ruido de la gente que está de fiesta y resulta algo molesto.
Al estar en una zona peatonal, no se puede llegar en coche, lo que es un problema para acarrear las maletas, aunque se puede entrar provisionalmente a dejar las maletas.

Central location & outstanding breakfast
Pros:

Central location, easy walk to activities, around the town and the train station. Staff were super helpful with requests and storing our luggage. Breakfast was outstanding with a huge variety of choices - the best breakfast we’ve had. Small bedrooms but very clean and comfortable bed. Gym facilities were good.

Cons:

Bedrooms are very small, so hard to access your luggage. It was great to have a gym but there was no air con so it was VERY hot.

Worth staying just for the dining room……stunning.
Pros:

The dining room was a total experience, fabulous pillars and architecture……the first impression took my breath away.

Very good location, easy walking distance for us from all we wanted to see.

Breakfast was 5 star, great choice of very good food and drinks.

Cons:

My health was the only thing wrong as i had a very heavy cold during our 2 night stay….obviously not the hotels fault !

The view from our room was in to offices, not the most inspiring but perhaps a result of me asking for a quiet room.

We were on the sixth floor and there was a lot of noise from the roof due to the heavy relentless rain.

Beautiful hotel with amazing breakfast.
Pros:

Staff was really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fit for royals. It was extravagance.

Cons:

We struggled with the room temperature - it was very hot and the room was quite small. Also the the booking.com claimed they had parking, which they did not have. We got discount on a local parking about 10 minutes walking away, which was great. It it is just that I partially selected the hotel for the parking.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Absolutely stunning place to stay. Would highly recommend and so easy to get to all the sites to see things. Great service and breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

We were facing the main road so noise was quite loud with the road traffic and building works through the night but nothing that the hotel can do about it.
