Sublime hôtel
Pros:

Un emplacement de rêve sur le port de Bergen, une vue magnifique sur les maisons emblématiques de la ville.
Personnel très à l'écoute de nos demandes (on avait froid, ils sont venus brancher un chauffage d'appoint).
Réservation faite pour un anniversaire, une délicate attention à notre arrivée dans la chambre : des chocolats, une gentille carte d'anniversaire et des ballons.
Un buffet de petit déjeuner comme nous en avons rarement vu : du salé (le saumon fumé excellent !), du sucré, du fromage, des gaufres etc...et une salle de restauration magnifique qui sublimait l'assiette.

Although the room is advertised as having a double bed, it actually has a small bed with an oversized mattress. The edges of the mattress overhang, which affects the sleep quality.

we enjoyed our stay in Bergen
Pros:

Hotel location is ideal. Breakfast was excellent and the Frescohallen is amazing.

Cons:

Our room was cold upon arrival so we had to ask for a heater which we needed to use throughout our stay. Facilities within the room were very basic - no wardrobe nor cupboards to put clothes in.

Cons:

The receptionist upgrade my room and give me one which smell tobacco and at a level on the construction with the smell of the painting. A real nightmare, understandable. No effort to understand no empathy forget this hotel.
