Pros:

Apartamento com ótima arrumação, limpo, roupas de cama e toalhas ótimas, todo o material necessário a um estadia independente. A pessoa responsável acolheu muito bem, prestativa e atenciosa sobre as condições da estadia. Condomínio seguro e vigilância diuturna, de modo que nesse quesito também nos satisfez. Padaria ao lado, com um mercado para necessidades mais básicas. A localização talvez seja, para alguns, uma dificuldade de acesso à shopping ou locais de diversão. Essa dificuldade se supera através dos diversos serviços de transporte público em frente ao condomínio.
