A peaceful oasis and only a short walk from the craziness of the old town.
Pros:

Such incredible value for money! Huge rooms, spotlessly clean, delicious breakfasts (especially those banana pancakes!), friendly staff and a beautiful pool surrounded by incredible bonsai. The family who run the villa also own the tailor next door and we got several pieces made. And on our last day, when we had to leave at 5am, they even prepared a breakfast for us to go.

Fabulous stay in hoi an !
Pros:

Family room was very spacious. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was a added bonus, had something for everyone

Cons:

Nothing. We happened to be guests during destruction of a neighboring property. The jackhammer started at 7:30 a 😩

Todo en general. La habitación era como en las fotos. Muy limpio. Bonitas vistas a la piscina. El desayuno bien, con un poco de todo. Y el personal muy amable. Además me permitieron hacer el check-in un poco antes de lo previsto.

Cons:

El olor a humedad en la habitación. Para ello, hay un deshumificador.

Quaint taproom
Pros:

Little Town villa is a quaint, traditional "homestay" style hotel well located within close walking distance of the river and night market. The stay are friendly and helpful and the manager is always on site to personally welcome guests.

Cons:

Being traditional, there is no elevator so the steps could be a challenge for guests staying on floor 2 or 3
The view from the corridor / balcony outside the room overlooks the swimming pool courtyard and neighboring properties, which isn't the best.
Very limited choice of English language tv channels, so hard to keep up with the news

EXCELLENT！
Pros:

朝食は美味、かつベトナム固有の品数が豊富。建物は清潔で従業員の教育もよく行き届いています。コンパクトな作りで宿泊客もそんなに多くなくアットホームな雰囲気でした。

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel.
Un souci à notre arrivée a été réglé rapidement et efficacement.

La dame à l’accueil a été particulièrement professionnelle, réactive et à l’écoute.
Ensuite, tout s’est parfaitement déroulé : le séjour était très agréable et l’ensemble du personnel est vraiment très sympathique.

La chambre était agréable et propre. Pas de bruit malgré le fait que l’hôtel soit près de la route.

Nous ne regrettons pas du tout notre choix et recommandons cet établissement

Lovely hotel just on the edge of the old town. Very lovely staff who are very helpful.
Pros:

The staff are fantastic, very helpful! We wanted to extend our stay and they were very quick to allocate us rooms so that we could enjoy Hoi An for a bit longer without having to move hotels.
We loved that we could use the pedal bikes to head to the beach and other areas around. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Отличный отель! Супер-замечательная локация — всё рядом, очень удобно добираться до основных мест. В отеле очень чисто, уборка на высоком уровне. Персонал невероятно вежливый и внимательный, всегда готовы помочь и создать комфортную атмосферу. Отдельно хочется отметить вкусные завтраки — большой выбор и всё очень свежое. В целом всё просто супер-классно, с удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова!
