Revommended for a mid budget (by Viet Nam standards) with very helpful and attentive staff.
Pros:

Quiet in spite of being close to the active part of the city. Staff very helpful. Bikes free to use. Close to old town and restaurants and rver.

Cons:

Comfortable room and great location
Pros:

Great location very close by the old town, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, big bathroom as well. The stag is very lovely, the place is quiet and the pool is also clean.

Fantastica Hoi an
Pros:

L’hotel é situato appena fuori dal centro, raggiungibile con una camminata di circa 5 minuti. L’hotel é accogliente, lo staff super disponibile. Ci hanno organizzato i transfer per e dall’aeroporto a prezzi onesti. Disponibile anche il servizio di lavanderia. Colazione disponibile sia occidentale che per orientali. C’é tutto quello che occorre. Molto bella la piscina. Lo consiglierei.

Cons:

Unica cosa da segnalare se vi piace dormire appena un po di più alla mattina, portatevi dei tappi per le orecchie perché C’é un gallo che canta presto, ma anche questo fa parte dell’esperienza :)
Se vi alzate presto non C’é problema.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und man hatte eine große Auswahl. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Great stay in this lovely hotel
Pros:

Wonderful, friendly and helpful hosts and staff, big comfortable rooms and most of all, great breakfast - best we had out of all other places we stayed in Vietnam. Highly recommend! The owners let us leave our big bag for a week while we did the Ho Chi Minh Road and hoi van pass loop on a bike, which was so helpful!

Hier passt wirklich alles. Etwas abseits vom Trubel mit schönen und sauberen Zimmern. Das Frühstück ist extrem lecker, der Pool ist toll. Die Mitarbeiter und Besitzer sind sehr liebenswert.

Perfect Stay for Visiting Hoi An

Een zeer aangenaam verblijf.
Pros:

Zowat alles aan Little Town Villa is waar je van droomt. Mooie plek. Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers en eigenares. Heerlijk zwembad. Zeer goed ontbijt. Fijne ligging echt vlakbij de oude stad. Een absolute aanrader.

Cons:

De koffie bij het ontbijt was niet goed. Maar smaken verschillen natuurlijk.

Alles! Die Lage war toll, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend , das Zimmer ausreichend groß, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und ausreichend. Es wurde laufend nachgelegt.
