Pros:

チェックインが遅くなる為、ホテルに電話したが一向に繋がらなかった。何度かけてもダメなので、エクスペディアに連絡を入れて対応してもらった。
結局ホテルに連絡がつかないままホテルに行ったが、スタッフもフロントに居て問題なくチェックイン出来た。電話出なかったのは何だったのか不明のまま。ホテル自体はとても綺麗で快適でした。

風呂場が自宅のように流し場がある
Pros:

洗面所とバスが独立して大変快適でした。

ラブホ風だけど綺麗で新しい。
Pros:

お台場からのバスを利用。
芝浦第三バス停で降りてホテルまでは五分弱でしょうか。
途中コンビニや飲食店があり便利な場所でした。

ホテルは部屋も使いやすく、ラブホ風です。
テレビも大きく、ドリップコーヒー、紅茶、緑茶も有り
ミネラルウォーターも一人一本無料です。

洗面所の引き出しにはヘアーアイロン、ドライヤーも有りました。

1回分すつの基礎化粧品もありました。
朝晩使用したい方は、持参した方がいいですね。


お風呂もトイレはセパレート。
家庭のお風呂みたいでした。

寝坊して支度が間に合わず
1時間延長したら3240円でした。
これは高すぎですね。

あと、何十回もフロントに電話しましたが
10分は繋がらず・・・朝の無駄な時間を過ごしました。

でも綺麗だし広いのでまた利用したいと思います。

こんなところにホテルが
Pros:

田町駅から徒歩5分程度の距離。
ビジネス街とも繁華街とも言えないところにあるホテル。
周りが静かで、部屋にこもって仕事をしたいときなど利用しています。
部屋は普通のビジネスホテルのように落ち着いていてきれいです。
一部屋で2名まで泊まれるので、いろいろと都合がよいです。

最後に最悪でした
Pros:

ラブホを改装してる感は予想はしてましたので、室内やお風呂などは特に問題なく、トイレとバスルームが分かれていてとても良かったです。ただ、チェックアウトで少し遅れてしまったのですが30分延長料金を取られました。
海外でもラブホ改装のホテルには何回か泊まりましたが5分10分遅れてしまってもこのような事が無かったのでびっくりしました。 1分でも過ぎたら延長料金を取るなら初めから言って欲しかったです。 もう二度と泊まらないです。
