Pros:

La habitación tenía todas las comodidades, veníamos de un viaje largo y tenía incluso lavadora y secadora en la habitación. La cam estupenda. Y, la ubicación es perfecta, buena conexión con todo tipo transportes alrededor. La atención del personal súper atenta, en concreto Johana estuvo pendiente de cualquier cosa que pudimos necesitar durante nuestra estancia.

The amenities. Good comfy room. Great apartment if you were staying longer.

Cons:

There was a man that went through every red bin that belonged to the apartments next door. I feel sorry for him, but it was very disturbing at 1am.

I was receiving constant emails that my credit card was invalid and the property could not take payment, which is absurd as I have previous bookings using booking.com with this credit card. Even after adding another credit card to my account, I was still getting the same emails. One day before my check-in, I received a call from the property telling me that they only take payment through an external source (scam alert?). After a long day of being outside in the bush with limited reception, I got back to complete payment - only to realise that there is an extra $10 surcharge using the external payment website. I was looking forward to staying here as I had booked the loft suite, but payment shouldn't be done externally. Shame.

Front desk staff lovely and location excellent for transport and shops.

Cons:

Cleanliness was average. Strong smell of bad drains from the shower and some mould and hair on bathroom ceiling, a few slightly crusty plates in kitchen cupboards. Bed spotless though.
