Fabulous stay
Pros:

Everything was great. The barstaff, restaurant staff, reception and cleaning staff were all excellent. Very friendly and efficient. Perfectly positioned right on the beach

Pros:

TOUT, vraiment tout.
L’hôtel cocooning, végétation luxuriante, piscine arborée. Un accueil extraordinaire, avec une très belle décoration de chambre pour nos anniversaires.
La restauration sur place est très très bien avec une ambiance musicale chaque soir

Cons:

Il pleuvait juste qu’en nous sommes arrivés… c’était la douche de bienvenue 🙏
Après soleil magnifique.
En fait, vraiment rien à dire, nous avons adoré

Overall enjoyed our stay . Staff at reception were very good and always very helpful

Sun Loungers by pool in shade
Good breakfast
Good size room with balcony

Cons:

Room always smelt musty
Always damp in bathroom towels never dried
No bath gel just very small round piece of soap
Sun loungers on beach static so not very comfortable
Work being done on steps where sun loungers were so not ideal

Poloha u pláže a hlavní promenády. Nejlepší snídaně naší filipinské cesty. Doplňování kávy na pokoji a ručníků. Ochotný personál. Recepce nám ve všem vyšla vstříc. Zařídili nám i jízdenky na Oceanjet, transfery, cenově výhodné privátní výlety. Pěkné pokoje, terasa.

Pros:

Alona Beach is busy and has a good holiday vibe. The hotel is among many right on the beach.
Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The rooms are clean and modern.

Cons:

Our room was near the front of the hotel and it is LOUD until 11pm every single night band on every evening). We're happy to have a party & contribute to the fun, but if you ever want to be in bed early then request to be right up the back or pick a different hotel.
Room service was having the bed made up but there was no replenishment of tea/coffee etc. We had brought a glass up from the bar one evening and it was obviously dirty but was still in our room 2 days later.
The pool is mostly shaded and is rather small. The day pass at the Hennan Resort a few hotels up is well worth it (or just stay there).
The bed was rock hard.

Excellent petit déjeuner avec tous les matins le choix d'un grand verre de jus de fruit pressé frais

Cons:

Groupe de musiciens qui jouent et chantent fort et faux tous les soirs jusqu'à minimum 23h
