Pros:

Beach was just outside. Great service of foods at the restaurant. Good services. Good location, good foods & mango juice are great. Workers are nice. Everything was great.

Super comme d'habitude, mais mauvais timing car le bar était en rénovation....
Pros:

Comme d'habitude, tout impeccable, c'est normale, on y va chaque années depuis presque 20 ans.

Cons:

L'emplacement de la chambre A3, la salle de douche est juste à côté d'un espace pour le personnels. Du fait, très tôt le matin, on est réveillé par ces mouvements et portes.

Totale Baustelle !!!
Pros:

Zimmer, Matratzen top! Lage (trotz Kofferziehen über den Strand, sollte in Beschreibung erwähnt werden!)

Cons:

Großbaustelle: Hotel wird komplett erneuert, incl. Baumfällarbeiten! Frechheit, in der Zeit überhaupt zu vermieten! 7:45Uhr ging der Baulärm & Kettensäge los; Bauarbeiter direkt vor unserem Fenster/Balkon! Nichts wie auf den Fotos, schöne Bar auch dicht. Früheres Abreisen deswegen, nicht mal ein SORRY dafür!

The Sea View Room was amazing, clean, and had beautiful views. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to resolve any issues. When we discovered termite droppings on the bed, they responded promptly and fixed the problem, which I really appreciated.

Cons:

Waking up to termite droppings on the bed was difficult to overlook. There was also music playing beneath our room until around 11 pm. It didn't bother me personally, but it may be disruptive for light sleepers.

Nice place, bit pricey considering the renovation work ongoing
Pros:

Clean and spacious rooms, direct access to Alona beach.

Cons:

Currently under renovation generating a lot of noise during the day. This was not mentioned at the time of reservation (1 month before)

Goede balans in kwaliteit en prijs
Pros:

De ligging is top. Aan zee en naast restaurants en barretjes.

Cons:

De verbouwing die gaande was, gaf de hele dag door herrie.
Verder zou er meer aandacht mogen zijn voor milieu dus geen plastic waterflesjes op de kamer.

Deluxe room was big. That’s it

Cons:

There is still construction work in progres and no one inform us about that. So its dusty and workers walking around with material so you can’t using pool or sitting on porch. Only 8 sests by the pool and also same amount on beach and if you have more than 30 rooms its impossible catch spot even if you don’t care about dust from construction. Every other hotel inform us even when they were making little changes. This hotel just don’t care. And please dont bring your kids cuz there are plenty old people with young philiphino. We also saw like 3 sex workers and one stop by and start bothering us. We travel a lot through asia and also were on 5 differents hotels on our trip in philiphines but this was by far worst hotel we have been
