設備に関しては悪い印象ですが立地はいいので設備を直せば良いと思います。
Pros:

ディズニーまで歩いて行ける距離だったのでとても良かったです。近くにコンビニもあり夜食の心配もありませんでした。

部屋に電子レンジがない。
脱衣場がなく部屋を分けるとトイレ、歯磨きもできない。
⚠️ドライヤーから火花が出てました。すぐに全部屋のドライヤーの点検をお願いします。

Also wer auf Dinos steht, für den ist es ein Erlebnis.
Raum war relativ groß, zumindest hatte ich mehr Platz als in anderen japanischen Hotels.

Frühstück große Auswahl, überwiegen asiatisch.

Hatte einen Blick Richtung Disneyland und konnte abends vom Zimmer aus das Feuerwerk genießen.

Cons:

Die Lage ist top, wenn man den Aufenthalt mit Disneyland kombiniert. Sonst eher naja, denn bis nach Tokyo rein ist es ein Stückchen Weg.

Personal eher so mittelmäßig freundlich. Wenn man Hilfe brauchte, fühlte man sich eher als Bürde denn als Gast.

Anmerkung zum Betreten des Frühstücksraums muss man das Hotel kurz verlassen und durch die Nebentür rein.

Schön wäre wenn die Zimmer auch etwas mehr Dino-Thema tragen würden.

ディズニーランドがなければ泊まらないかな
Pros:

食事がおいしかった。でも、2連泊の時はメニューが変わるといいと思った。
ディズニーランドまで路線バスで5分くらいなので、3歳児と一緒でも一旦ホテルに戻ってお昼寝させられてよかった。

フロントに人の気配がないのは、温かみを感じない。
でも、レストランのおじさんが温かい人でホッとした。
