A surprisingly lovely hotel at a reasonable cost!
Pros:

Room was a good size
Bath/shower was lovely
Rooms and hallways tidy
Laundry facilities available at decent cost
Extra bathroom items available at reception
Shuttle to train station a few times of day
Hotel close to Lawsons and 7/11 and also lovely restaurants in the area
I would stay here again, the cost was reasonable and we were so happy there.

Dinosaur themed excellent hotel!
Pros:

We went specifically for the dinosaurs! And we got what we expected. It is a nice concept-hotel and the breakfast was great! A nice choice if you're travelling with kids or going to Disney

Cons:

Just the location, it is tricky to arrive and there is not much nearby.

If your family enjoys the novelty of dinos and the convenience of staying close to Disney, stay here
Pros:

Location was convenient for Disney and Disney sea visits with the convenience of their shuttle bus on offer. My three boys also enjoyed the novelty of dinosaurs at arrival.

family Friendly, Good access to JR Lines and Disney
Pros:

Checking in with Dinosaurs as the concierge was a bit unusual, the kids loved it. The rooms were always going to feel small, as this was a budget hotel. We were there for four nights. I wouldn't set up here for a long stay, but there was everything we needed, vending machines on every floor for drinks, snacks, nappies, as well as claw machines and all incidentals like razors, hairbrush, toothpaste etc were there and readily available to help yourself in lobby. Washer & Dryer facility there also and vacuum sealer for packing assistance, as well as bus running to Maihama station (Disneyland & Disney Sea Station).

Cons:

other than the small bathroom size where you are in more of a shower/wet room, which we found is common in Japan, this place was great for what it was.

Pros:

This was a great stay to be close to Disney without being in one of the big hotels. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and quite spacious for Japan. Good location for local restaurants and right by a 711 for quick and cheap brekky.
