Nette, schone en ruime kamer. Robotje op de kamer was leuk, we snapten alleen niet helemaal wat je er mee kon. Hij begon ook een keer midden in de nacht te kletsen! De dino's waren grappig en werkten perfect voor het in en uitchecken, ook de grote bewegende T-rex kop in de hal vonden we een leuke verrassing. We zagen ook een keer een robot zelf de lift bedienen om iets naar een kamer te brengen; we hadden nog nooit zoiets gezien. Veel verrassingen dus in dit hotel! Personeel was ook super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Het ontbijt was ook erg goed; veel verse groenten, soep, vis, vlees, broodjes, etc erg uitgebreid! Ook super fijn dat er een bus naar station Maihama rijdt!
Er viel niets tegen, misschien dat er niet veel in het Engels aangegeven stond maar daar heb je Google Translate voor!
It is conveniently located for catching the bus to Disney and the hotel also offers a shuttle that was helpful on checkout to get us and our luggage to the train station.
The dinasours at the counter were fun and there is always a staff member behind the scenes watching in case you struggle with check in, check out.
The beds and pillows are hard and flat and were not very comfortable.

We stayed here to access both Disney parks. It wasn't quite as close as we wanted and the buses were no good because they started too late for us personally. If youre happy to start your day later this is fine but its a fast paced 20/25 min walk to the monorail for Disney sea and Disneyland entrance. We walk a lot as a family but you walk ALLLLL day in Japan and it's exhausting. Topping and tailing your day with this extra walk was a bit much for us. The hotel itself was fine, facilities were great, dino check in was as expected. The rooms were a tad small, we ad 2 rooms as we have 2 teenage girls. It was annoying that there was a kettle to use but no actual tea or coffee without contacting someone but again just a bit annoying to call someone up everytime you want a hot drink so we just didn't bother. The Lawsons and local 7/11 as always are Great for all your food, snack an drink needs so can't complain there. They came and cleaned the room everyday which was nice. Overall for the price it was great but next time I would stay closer to the parks if that's why you're there and pay a bit more.
The hotel is quite close to Disney and they offer the free shuttle bus which was very helpful we loved the dinosaurs
The bed was very hard and they only offered one pillow asked for more but they didn’t have any. The rooms are very small so fitting three people in was very tight
